  • A 25% non - refundable booking deposit is payable immediately with the 75% balance payable within 8 weeks of the start of the holiday.When paying the balance a seperate Security Deposit will be required at the rate of £150 per rental week.
    Assuming that there has been no breakages or damage the Security Deposit will be refunded within 21 days after the expiry of the rental period.
    Bookings made within 8 weeks of the start of the holiday will require the full amount to be paid immediately.
