  • A security bond on £200 is payable when paying final balance. This is returnable within 7 days of villa being cleaned and checked after departure.
    For four people staying in the villa a 70€ cleaning fee is payable directly to our property management company. This is payable of arrival. Our management company will meet you when you arrive at El Valle, show you to our villa and give you the keys. They will show around and answer any questions you might have.
    They are also a valuable source of information about the area and a contact should you need one during your stay.
