Clean, convenient, quiet and close to the beach!

My family stayed a the apartment for 5 days and found it very clean, comfortable and convenient. The apartment was stocked with plenty of towels, sheets, utensils, dishes and glasses. We were completely satisfied with amenities. We were so happy to have a parking space in a secure, covered garage. There are plenty of stores in walking distance for supplies and snacks. Lincoln road is just about two blocks away and the beach is about four blocks down the road. The location is great for a family with children. The apartment is very quiet. We took our 3 year old to Flamingo Park several times and he loved it! The playground is shaded by huge trees Banyan trees and it was comfortable in the heat. The playground is good for kids of all ages and there is a big field to play soccer. We didn't go to the splash park, but it looked super fun! There is a minimal daily fee for the splash park and pool. All of our communications with Rea and Rosanna were friendly and their responses were quick. The key exchange was very smoothly. We'll stay again for sure!
