Located off a major highway halfway between Springfield and Branson. Get the best of both worlds: entertainment or peace and quiet. 30 minutes to Branson or Silver Dollar City with Table Rock Lake just a few more miles down the road. Scenic views of the Ozarks off both large decks. At the end of a private drive, there is plenty privacy.

Large enough for family reunions: Plenty of room for family gatherings around the field stone, real-wood fireplace in the extra large great room. Dining room table is over 9 feet long with seating for 10. Four more chairs are available if needed. Large bar area has 6 bar stools for additional seating at meal times. Four bedrooms with an extra mattress, futon and couch for sleeping up to 14. Washer and Dryer on mail floor. Super large master bedroom with reading area.

Spectacular views from deck: Large deck overlooks a rolling field with beautiful views. Seven acres including woods and hills for hiking.

This home fit our family so well, and allowed us to entertain our old friends, too. Simply Amazing!
Everything was organized and thoughtfully prepared. Extra Clean with beautiful grounds. We hated to leave, and hope to be back. Easy drive to both Springfield and Branson. Cute neighborhood for walks.

This is a great rental with exceptional owners. This house provides the comforts of home with alot of space. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. Always my choice when visiting the area.

What a wonderful property! It's a beautiful and well kept home, with lot's of space inside and out.It exceeded all of our expectations and then some. The location is perfect, it's secluded and quiet with great views and not far to Springfield, Branson or Mark Twain National Forest for an ATV adventure.
We had a fablous time and plan to return in the future.

Wonderful Weekend!!!

We came in from Illinois and our other family came in from Oklahoma. This house was perfect for our group of 13. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, silverware, glasses, pots and pans. The great room and fireplace provided a cozy area for gathering. We were all able to sit together at breakfast at the dining room table for 14.
The instructions were very complete for all aspects of our stay, check-in, check-out, how to use the TV, fireplace and grill.
The home was very clean everywhere. The extra mattress in the bunk room came in handy. We also moved the twin top bunk mattress and put both in the far side of the great room. The great room is so big, we didn't even notice them during the day. The stairs are pretty steep to the master suite on the second floor. But with both a queen and a king on the main floor to choose from also, my elderly in-laws had a good place to stay.
It is only 15 min. up to Springfield with a WalMart close.
We can't wait to return, perhaps this fall. Thank you so very much for sharing your home with us.

Love this home!!

OMG this house was amazing. I have to admit there were some tears shed, some cheating, some fighting but all in all the kids still had fun. There was enough space inside and outside to create scavenger hunts. The Royal Suite as the envy of all the adults. We loved that we were able to cook out, bake while chatting and catching up on life or town was close enough we could send someone in to get something. Our family started a few rumors about the house but I blame Criminal Minds. We will have things to laugh about for a very long time. My family looks forward to renting this home again next year. Thank you for sharing your home with us Amy. There were plenty of supplies and having the laundry on site was a great bonus for our unpacking when we got home. For our stay the only thing I could have wanted was a second refrigerator but that could have been avoided if me & my sisters would have planned our groceries better.
