1 bedroom, 1 bathrooms & one half bath, with outside shower, sleeps 2 to 4.

South of Manistee, Lake Michigan frontage, at Lakeland Association, a private beach house. This unique new house is on a Low Bluff location. Walk five steps on stair way to the beach. Private home situated on a two track country drive. Made for two with accommodations for four. All new stainless appliance, one car garage, outside shower and beautiful views of Lake Michigan sunsets from the living room. The kitchen flows onto the covered deck with big views of the lake. The third floor private Master suite, full bath, and deck gives the viewer even more vista view. Easy access to three major golf Clubs, Manistee National, Manistee Golf Club, and Arcadia Golf Course. From the house there are hiking and biking trails on associations property, which includes club house with tennis, basket ball court, boat launch, and beach side fire ring.

The Nordhouse Dunes state park is just five miles south of the house all done by walking on the beach or car.

Just five minutes away is the town of Manistee. There, you'll find boating, fishing, golfing, and many different beaches. In town along the river walk are, stores for clothing, candy, gifts, Ice cream and several restaurants.

Looking for an evening out, the town offers Concerts in the Park & Beach on Tues. and Thurs nights which are free, music at local bars, Little River casino, and a Bowling Alley.

The fishing tournament runs in August, County Fair, Antique Car and Boat Show during the summer months

Crystal Mountain Ski and Golf area, Mountain biking at Big M, and great fly fishing on the Little-Big Manistee, the Pere marquette, or the AuSable River.

About Jennifer

This is a family property since 1960. A main house built in 1975 is next to the property with a low bluff too. The two properties has 300 ft. of beach frontage combined.

We purchased this property from my family and built a small new contemporary renewable home to enjoy the Michigan summers.

This house is very accurately described in both words and pictures. We were up here in July, 2012, and the weather was beautiful. The beach, is really just steps away, I would say, not over 100 yards from the house, just over a slight rise. Very quiet, with minimal neighbors/people on the beach, plenty of room to spread out. The house, is newer and very clean. Master bedroom/bath on the top floor, with 2 sleeper sofas, for kids on the main floor. Ample room for a family of 4 , and more might be crowded. You have access to a clubhouse that has tennis and basketball courts, just in case you get tired of the beach. We would absolutely recommend this house if it fits your family and we will be coming back here.

Wonderful quiet retreat for a week of Sun & Fun on beautiful Lake Michigan. Low Bluff Lake frontage with great beach fires, swimming, boating, and sailing.
