This flat is very pleasant to live in, with a spacious living room opened on the fitted kitchen. The five french windows provide a lot of brightness. Furnishing and interior decoration are modern and design, with a wooden floor. Each bedroom, really cosy and comfortable, has its own bathroom. The flat is on the second floor, with an elevator.

The location is terrific: one step from the famous Champs-Elysées and its attractions (Lido, Ladurée, Fouquet's, Arc de triomphe...and shopping!)

This is the place to be to discover Paris! Around the corner stands the chic rue du faubourg St Honoré and its famous shops (international brands: Hermes, Gucci, prada, Lanvin, Colette)

There are a lot of cultural activities in the surrounding area: theatres, cinemas, museums with a large choice for public transport.

Downstairs, you will find groceries, supermarket, baker, pharmacy etc.

Located in one of the most prestigious area of Paris, you are minutes away from sights like the Champs-Elysées, the Arc de Triomphe, the rue du Faubourg St Honoré or even the Palais de L’Elysée. Cultural wonders are also to be found around, along with the numerous theaters, cinemas, museums and cabaret like the infamous Lido.

Fashion shopaholics will be thrilled to find so many different shops and boutiques from the most luxuriant to the more trendy ones.

Access and public transport:

Metro lines 1 and 9 are a short walk away, as well as the RER A which will take you to Disneyland Paris in less than an hour. The station for the bus to Roissy Airport is also close by.
