Five Palms Beach House is the culmination of years of renting mediocre vacation properties, dreaming of the perfect vacation destination/house and FINALLY finding, planning and building. This is our families' vacation home and no detail has been overlooked since our own families' enjoyment depends on it. Simply you will find luxuries and amenities at this home you will find at no other rental property. This is not a rental property; this is our families' vacation home that our family wants to share with you. And to anyone who has rented properties before, you know the difference. This house is meant to be enjoyed with a relaxed, laid back interior that is both comfortable and luxurious. Our home is kid friendly and adult happy. If you want to walk out the door and snorkel and/or fish, get the best lobster pizza EVER and walk down 3 miles of beach and not see another person day after day, this is the vacation home for you.

  • Rate includes up to 10 people with each additional person $150/week children under 12 no charge
    50% deposit required to guarantee booking
    Full payment and $1000 refundable security deposit must be received 30 days prior
    full refund if cancelled within 60 days, half refund if cancelled within 30 days, no refund for less than 30 days.
    Additional discounts available for longer rentals.
  • Cooks, fishing guides, babysitters available for extra charge
    12 passenger 2007 van available for $80/day with $1000 security deposit
    Free airport pickup for first arriving guests
