Apartment, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 2 adults, 2 children)

We have lived on this beautiful island since 1974. Steve is a professional photographer and I am retired teacher. I now have more time to pamper my guests and volunteer. We are happy to share our two family house with you. All the photos were taken by Steve and truly reflect our little piece of paradise. We live upstairs, full time, so you can always knock on our door for directions and suggestions.

The apartment and location are ideal for quiet, non-smoking people, looking to slow down and enjoy the local community of Wintberg Estate. Since we are centrally located on Lemon Tree Road, everything is close by.

If you would like to stay longer than two weeks please inquire about our specials for long term renters.
About Leslie Rockstein

I am a retired elementary school teacher. Hosting travelers makes me feel like an ambassador of the slow down movement. I truly love seeing our guests detox from their busy lives. They truly leave here feeling restored!

Ahhhhhh--just like a second home!

What a lovely little apartment tucked away in the hills of St. Thomas. It was such a treat to stay here on my recent visit to the island. The apartment itself is so cozy. I can feel the sea breeze coming through the windows, smell the island air and hear the island sounds, even now. I miss my little apartment already. It really feels like home, right away--the minute you pull in the driveway. Steve & Leslie are a wonderful, warm, friendly couple. They know everything and everyone on St. Thomas. They think of things that you might need and places you might want to go even before you think of them. You can really tell how much they enjoy having guests and they make you feel more than welcome. Loved St. Thomas, the beaches, the restaurants, the people and especially these accomodations. I can't wait to go back.

Fantastic Place, Fantastic People

My wife and I stayed here for our 30th anniversary; we stayed for two weeks. The apartment is terrific, exactly as pictured and Leslie and Steve were great hosts. Proximity to Charlotte Amalie and Magens Bay was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and were able to really relax in their apartment. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the island.

Fantastic holiday

Our holiday was absolutely perfect! We loved our stay at Leslie's and Steve's house. The apartment was cosy and clean and our hosts were helpful and hospitable people. Thank you very much again for everything, we have closed this vacation rental and the island in our heart!

Awesome vacation

The first sentence of the "tips for writing reviews" says it all..... the perfect place to stay....
We cannot put into words how wonderful our month staying at you property in St Thomas was, Everything about MVI was more than we could have hoped for, perfect location, clean, well maintained. We didn't want to spend our vacation in a crowded resort, with wall to wall people on the beaches. MVI is in a beautiful location, away from the crowds, awesome views that never end, we felt like we were living there not vacationing. Steve and Leslie were great, always available for help and advice even farm fresh eggs delivered every week just like home...
Gotta say the month without TV stayed with us, only watching 1-2 nights a week since we left.

By the way Leslie and Steve, we are already checking our calendar for next year....We hope your vacation was even half as good as ours was with you,

Beautiful Getaway

We just stayed at Steve & Leslie's Magens Valley Inn for 10 days, and everything was wonderful. MVI is located up and away from it all. We did rent a car, and it is a little difficult getting around at first but we learned quickly!! The place is just perfect for 2 people looking for a nice getaway. Leslie is very helpful in anything that you may need and the fish you could for us was wonderful! Would definately recommend this place for anyone looking for the perfect getaway.
