In BEACH Juréia are 3 houses at 300 mts from the beach that can be rented separately or single group, Sao complete with Sky TV, telephone and wireless internet. Just need to bring bedding / bath. Full trade only 4000 mts (bakery, pharmacy, grocery store, ice cream parlor, cellar, etc ...) About aa Beach Jureia: ON THE BEACH Juréia: Areas of preserved rainforest, waterfalls, sand dunes, 18 km from beach and 2 rivers for fishing and ride (Ribeira and Suamirim). Located in southern São Paulo coast 200 km from São Paulo, has tranquility and simplicity. It is a walk with alternative proposal, different and well economically. For those who enjoy fishing, beach fishing has, embedded in rivers or river embankment / suamirim and dead sea (Icapara). Do not fail to appreciate the delicious anchovies, mullet and bass. In Juréia BEACH, attached to 300 mts from the beach, I have 3 homes that house comfortably until 26pessoas (10 +8 +8). Still have extra mattresses and sofas. Homes complete with Sky TV, telephone and wireless internet. Just need to bring bedding / bath. Full trade very close (bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, ice cream, etc ...). The houses are insulated with high walls, only the driveway is common. Each house has its own parking structure and complete independent. If they are rented by the same group is possible to open gates to stay connected.
