This beautiful and spacious 1 bedroom, 1 ½ bath beach front condo is located in the heart of North Beach at 65th Street and world famous Collins Avenue. Bel-Aire is a very secure upscale building with marble floors, billiard room, rec room with ping-pong table, well appointed gym with brand new equipment and ocean front pool. The building is directly on the the newly re-nourished white sandy beach and the new North Beach Walkway (approx. 1 mile long) allows for jogging, long walks adjacent to the beach and dunes or bicycle rides (a newly installed City of Miami Beach bicycle rental station is located at the park next to Bel-Aire). The building is also within walking distance of many restaurants, bagel shop, dry cleaners, Walgreen's, supermarkets, two car rental agencies, beauty salons and the world famous Canyon Ranch Spa.

This is a beautiful unit tastefully decorated to reflect the MIMO (Miami Modern) feel as well as the diversity that is Miami and the beaches. Featuring a fully equipped Italian designed open kitchen with high end stainless steel appliances, fully equipped with everything you need ready for you to prepare your inspired creations. Or, you may choose to step out to any of the many excellent and diverse restaurants within walking distance of Bel-Aire or a short cab ride away to Lincoln Road or South Beach.

The unit offers marble floors throughout and spectacular 16th floor views from anywhere in the unit. The bedroom comes with a king sized bed, walk-in closet, blackout curtains, a flat screen TV and CD-disk player. There is a Shower and Jacuzzi tub in the master bath, which comes initially with toiletries (aromatic soaps, lotions, shampoos, conditioner) and hair dryer and lots of bath and beach towels. In-Unit Washer & Dryer. It also includes all beach ammenities such as beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, beach towels & beach bag.

The living room offers a flat screen TV with CD-Disk player. Cable, hi-speed internet and in-unit secure WI-FI is provided at no extra charge. There is NO CHARGE to use your VISA or MASTER CARD.

After a full day at the beach, sit on the balcony with a glass of wine and watch the sun go down to the west, to the east, the beach winds down as the city lights come alive and beckon you to enjoy all the city has to offer.

The building has an on site manager, 24 hour concierge, engineer and valet. There is a security system for the entire building that requires key fobs to enter the building, access the floors and parking areas and entry into the parking garage. The unit has parking assigned covered parking.

It is necessary for all renters to fill out an application to the building for security purposes. There is a $100 application fee that renter must pay when application is submitted. The building requires a $1,500 move in security that the owner pays as long as no damages are incurred.

All utilities are included. MONTHLY RENTALS ONLY.

Better than advertised!

First time doing this, and we are So happy with the experience! The listing is Very accurate, and the owners have taken their time to make it super comfortable...we didn't need for anything, there were even Chip clips for our snacks! Decor and layout is simple, comfortable, and clean, everything high quality, which you don't often find in a short-term rental. The only 'small' things that we wished for is better lighting and noise control; a dimmer in the Dining area and another reading lamp in the living room would have been nice, and on evenings in we heard a lot of hallway noise from the unit's front door. Building itself is perfectly located with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Bus stops nearby. Staff were courteous and helpful. We wish we could stay longer, and look forward to doing this again. Jorge, you are an amazing Landlord!

Great vacation at the beach...

The condo is really amazing with a great ocean view. It is very clean and comfortable. The boardwalk is fantastic for the morning training. Overall it was a great vacation and we will be back in March 2015. Thank you Orte and Jorge to share with us this wonderfull and peacefull nest. A Wonderful Experience!

This rental was so much more than we ever expected. The apt. was immaculate, pristine!. The pictures do not do it justice. This is a spacious, well stocked apt. with a beautiful view ofboth the ocean and inter-coastal. So well stocked with anything you can need in the kitchen and bathrooms. There is even a Kuerig coffee machine. Plenty of fresh linens and fluffy towels, and even large beach towels and beach chairs.

The building was kept very clean, and the building employees are helpful and very friendly. You feel right at home. Walhk to nice restaurants, a wonderful bagel store right accross the street. Nail and beauty salons on every block. And we loved shopping at Publix, also within walking distance. Our owner was so helpful, pleasant and welcoming. We even had wine waiting for us, with a nice note. All in all, this is an excellent rental.

Winter in Miami Beach

The apartment was wonderful. It was very clean and had everything in quantities: not one but many towels, kitchen supplies, beach and pool equipment,etc. If we needed anything it was there. Besides the furnishing, the apartment was wonderfully located and truly comfortable. We would really come back.

The building staff was wonderful and made us feel at home. The gym was always available and the building was immaculate.

For people who do not want to drive, the bus service is great. The local restaurants are good--do not miss Mixtura on Collins and. 71st.

The owners are wonderfully helpful and responsive. We are counting the days until we can return!

A Great Apartment!!

The description of this beautiful apartment is exactly as posted - comfortable, inviting and well-equipped. The ocean and intercoastal views are spectacular! The owners are very considerate and thoughtfully outfitted the apt. with everything we needed - beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, DVDs, magazines, well-equipped kitchen with brand new refrigerator. The building is very secure and well-maintained - we always felt safe. How great to walk to good restaurants, Walgreens, supermarket, spa, bagel store. The beach entrance is right behind the building and the boardwalk along the ocean is safe and convenient. The outdoor pool was warm and inviting. The gym, billiard room and ping pong room were easy to use. There was a secure parking spot for our rental car. In Miami Beach you don't really need a car and the bus stop is next to the building. We enjoyed our trip and would stay in this apartment again.
