Wonderful villa submerged in the Sardinia's green with a spectacular 360° view on the gulf of Olbia, and not only; right for both family with children and for a group of friends. Near some very interesting hidden places, but also amazing beaches with courses of windsurfing and surf (5min. with car).The house is also 10 min from the nocturnal entertainments of San Teodoro and Budoni and 20minutes from the Costa Smeralda nightlife. The house is about 120sq m for max 8 sleeps and it is divided in three bedroom, two bathroom, and a very big dining room with wide windows and a spacious veranda around the house. The villa is furnished with all the facilities and also a TV, DVD, and stereo system. the villa is located in Murta Maria a peaceful place between Olbia and San Teodoro, it is about 10min from the Costa Esmeralda airport, 15min from the new Hospital, 10 min from the biggest supermarket Auchan, 15min from San Teodoro and 15min from the center of Olbia. pets not allowed.

Especially by people who are searching both the beauty of natural place and very romantic and fashionable place. here you can visit the Tavolara marine reserve or the archipelago of la Maddalena. You can spend your night in particular country to walk around the restaurant or glamor club and shops open all the night. this is a very romantic and friendly place; in general there is always glorious weather to spend on the beaches to get brown but if the weather isn't good you can spend your day for cycling, diving, playing tennis, surfing or better wind surfing. Olbia besides organized musical evening in the squares and also the bars or clubs are organized for special evening that led the tourists amused after a full day on the beach.

  • The first bath room had two washbasin and a big mirror, a bidet, and a bath with shower. The second is incorporated in one of the bed room and had a bidet, a washbasin and a shower enclosure. And also there is a out door shower at the back of the house.

  • The first bedroom is a double room with also a personal bath room and a big wardrobe, the second bed room had two bunk bed so here can sleep four persons and also this once had a personal wardrobe, the third bed room had two bed separate but if you want they can be another double room. in the end there is in the dining room a great sofa bed for two persons.

The house hadn't the air conditioning because isn't necessary. It is a very peaceful and relaxing place with the freshness of the summer Sardinia's wind.

Have to say the fotos shown here do not do the views from this property any justice! It is set a on a hillside and has 300 degree views over the bay of Olbia and is absolutely stunning. The grounds are lovely with the bougainvilla everywhere and sitting outside having a glass of vino watching the ferries come and go is blissfull. There is no noise from the neighbours, so children can play and screech as loudly as they like. The property was clean and had everything it said it had. The owner was helpful and spoke very good English. Our little girls, 2&5yrs, loved it and had a great time.

You need a car but then it's best to have one to explore the wonderful beaches around. There are some great beaches within 10 mins drive OR go up to the Costa Smerelda and visit their crystal clear waters.

All in all, a fabulous villa set in one of the most stunning parts of the world. Can't wait till our next holiday. Would definitely return to this villa and this part of Sardinia. 10/10

Great property for families, close to excellent beaches, shopping and countryside. Weather really good at the end of october though alot of places shut down for winter, especially restaurants. Friendly, helpful owners. Comfortable house well equiped with amazing views. 1.5 hours drive from Alghero and Olibia airport 10 mins away. Would recommend for relaxing break. Large supermarket close, plenty of choice to suit anyone. Limited English speaking so learn a bit of Italian if possible. Owner speaks good English. Lots to do without spending a lot of money. Beautiful country and coastline. Would go again. Deffinately need a car to get around.
