This was our second year at Marbella, and it definitely won't be our last! Maria is helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. If you are looking for quiet beautiful beaches with no crowds, this place it for you. During the week you have the pool all to yourself. Quaint restaurants within walking distance. Sal Marina, Cafe Bistro, El Meson, Venezia, are all very good. Can't wait to go back!

We just got back from our stay in Marbella. The condo was exactly as it is pictured. It had all the conveniences of home except on a beautiful stretch of beach. The views are spectacular and everything is relatively close including a small mini market and restaurants. If you are looking for a big supermarket, you'll need a car to get to it. It was a great location - close to the capital, Santo Domingo, and close to the airport. We are looking forward to returning soon!

Great Condo on a remote beach

Condo was really nice with all the amenities you need. Unbelievable view from the balcony of the ocean. Beach is perfect with nice, clear, and warm water. The resort itself is nice with a huge pool and a wonderful restaurant. Mostly families and couples, so if you're looking for a bit of nightlife, this probably isn't the place. That said, we were told that Sunday's were the party day, but we were not around to find out. This is the kind of place If you're looking to get away and decompress on a quiet beach with a drink or book in your hand. The restaurant on-site is great with both drinks and food. I would highly recommend a restaurant down the street called El Meson - phenomenal seafood at very reasonable prices. One word of advice is if you need any sort of supplies (wine, medications, random snacks, etc.) is to get this stuff before you get into Juan Dolio. There was nothing within walking distance that resembled a decent convenience store.

Let me just start by saying that this place is paradise on earth! The owner of this condo was super nice and accomidating. He made sure all was ready for our stay. Thats the way business should be done. Never had to second think anythingthey offered. trust me. I have been to other places and the pictures that were on their listing were NOTHING like what was really there. This condo even better than the pictures! The views were breathtaking. There was a golf course and tennis courts across the way and the food was simply amazing. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. Nothing compared to our last stay. If you need to stay in a little piece of paradise definately stay at this condo.

Greetings and Good Cheer,
There were a number of condos available for rent at Marbella Towers. I chose this condo because of the ease of doing business with, and trustworthiness of the owner. ... Everything was delivered 100% as promised. They even followed up with us during our stay to make sure all was a-okay. That's service!

The condo is spacious, airy, bright, and spotless with EVERYTHING we needed for a comfortable and relaxing five-night stay.

And now, the view! ... Just imagine an unobstructed beach/ocean view from an eleventh floor balcony. Watching the sunrise in the morning, and sunset in the evening. ... And did I say, unobstructed!

On return visits to Juan Dolio, my wife and I would not consider renting from anyone other than the owners of this condo.

PS- Food at the onsite restaurant is fantastic. A word of caution: Scrutinize your bill. EVERYTIME we ate there (breakfast, lunch or, dinner), we found numerous errors on our bills. And never in our favor. 2 examples of many errors: Ordered coffee 3 different days. Different price each time for the SAME cup of coffee. 57 pesos, 100 pesos, and 70 pesos. Menu price of a sandwich was 295 pesos. The bill read 325 pesos. And on and on.
