Resort Ammenities:
The clubhouse is state of the art and includes many amenities including a state of the art gym, billiards, ping pong, foosball, and a video arcade. There are various covered seating areas where you can sit out of the sun and enjoy a cool drink under the veranda fans. There is also a sundry shop where you can by snacks and drinks, last minute items that you may need for your stay and a variety of summer related necessities.
The huge lagoon style pool has something for everyone. There are multiple entry areas, including a shallow entry area for toddlers. Kids and adults alike will love the 2 story water slide. There is a fabulous hot tub just a few steps from the lagoon pool. There are also many other activities that you can enjoy at the resort including volleyball, basketball and tennis courts.
Townhouse and Location:
Our townhome - 'Latitude Adjustment' - can accommodate up to eight guests and is perfectly situated in the fabulous Windsor Hills resort community, less than three miles from Disney and the attractions of Kissimmee and Orlando, Florida!
If you really want to feel like you're on vacation, this townhome is for you! The overall feel is one of tropical warmth and relaxation. Enjoy the screened lanai and heated splash pool while you drink your morning coffee or sip a margarita. If you have had a busy day of Orlando Magic, you will look forward to coming back to this home!
We are very close to all major attractions, including Disney World, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Sea World, Universal and Downtown Disney. Within a 5 minute drive, there are countless restaurants, from budget priced to fine dining. You will also find stores selling anything you need within a 2 mile radius - food stores, pharmacies, discount tickets, etc.
Townhouse Ammenities:
We have equipped our townhouse with those little 'extras' that make your stay more enjoyable, including board games, books, movies and Playstation II games. For those that need to stay in touch, all telephone calls are free and high speed wireless internet is installed (also free).
Whether you want to keep dining simple or prepare a holiday dinner, our fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need. And of course, there is always a blender for those tropical drinks! Washer, dryer and a full stock of linenes can be found on the second floor.
All you need to bring are your sandals, sunglasses and suntan lotion!
