We spent six great days in this lovely, large, clean, spacious and extremely well-equipped apartment. It is located in a great East Village neighborhood, with good markets and restaurants close by. The metro is only a 5 minute walk away. The funky shopping of NOLITA is only a few minutes further. This is the perfect base to explore the city and then return to a delightful, uncrowded and extremely well-equipped apartment. The lovely back patio is an extra bonus and working with Avion, the property manager, is a delight. You cannot go wrong renting this apartment!
This was a great apartment - very large, clean, convenient, well-stocked (hair dryers, toilet paper, kleenex, soap, shampoo etc.), and well-decorated and maintained. It was perfect for my husband and me and the other couple we were traveling with as both bedrooms had queen size beds and were equally nice - both bathrooms were equally nice too. We were there during cold weather so we weren't able to enjoy the garden, but it looked quite pleasant. We would stay here again.
This was a perfect place to stay for our trip to NYC. We travelled with another couple for a long weekend the city. As soon as we walked into the apartment we were awestruck. Besides being huge - it was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The East Village location was wonderful. We were around the corner from incredible restaurants, just a few blocks from the subway and down the street from terrific shopping. Next time we travel to NYC we will definitely rent this apartment again.
I stayed at this apartment with my Mother, sister and sister-in-law for my Mother's 70th birthday. The apartment was everything we hoped for and more. Not only was it so spacious and well appointed, it is adorable. The rooms look exactly like the pictures and everything is well taken care of in the apartment. The bedroooms are very comfortable, great linens and quiet. The bathrooms are well appointed and it was really nice to have one with a tub. We were thrilled to have a washer and dryer espcially since we had really rainy weather and needed to wash a few things that were soaked. Avion was so wonderful to work with as other reviewers had commented. Each time I had a question she was prompt to respond and made the whole check-in process so easy by sending me the key before I arrived. She also recommended a reliable car service "A New Day" that helped with transportation to and from laguardia. The neigborhood is really nice and safe. We had our favorite italian restaurant for dinner right next door and a good diner, bagel and belgian waffle place right up the street. We used Uber many times during our stay to get us up town and was very easy to manage. I would recommend this apartment to a couple, family or girlfirends for a wondeful stay in the city. We would definitely stay here again and wanted to move in full time! Thanks again, Avion.
We have spent several week-long visits in this stunning and immensely comfortable apt, and didn't really want to share this treasure, but apparently the secret's out. :-).
We can only confirm what others have said: the apt. Is simply gorgeous, with every imaginable amenity. Especially appreciate the spacious closets, private deck, laundry room, and gourmet
kitchen. We love nestling on the comfy sofa watching the
flatscreen in the living room . Such a fabulous retreat to return to at day's end. And so spacious for NYC it's beyond belief. We also love the luxury of a private entrance with foyer.
The neighborhood couldn't be more fun, filled with so many great restaurants, parks, and shops that are ALL walking distance. Fabulous location from which to walk/ explore E. Village Noho, Nolita, Greenwich Village, Soho, Little Italy, LES,
Chinatown. We love the newish gourmet Union Market on Houston and Ave A, even closer than Whole Foids.
Finally, Avion is a pleasure to work with: caring, prompt, attentive, and thoroughly professional. Highest possible recommendation.
I've rented numerous apartments across the city and I'm very impressed with this property. It was entirely as advertised, quite spacious and in particular, the bedrooms are in the back by the garden, rather than in the front on the street (very noisy in the Village streetside).
The ground floor location was great (I've had many walkup experiences), the apartment was quite well furnished, spotless and I would certainly rent again.
Management was responsive and genuinely interested in our experience.
