This 2050 sq ft condo is located at the gateway of a neighborhood called SoFi: South of 5th street, South Beach or 'SOBE' as known to its locals is a section of Miami Beach, Florida that encompasses the lower 23 blocks of the island from the point south of 1st Street to 23rd Street our condo is located on West Ave and 6th Street its a wonderful central location. Its a 15 min walk to Lincoln road,ocean drive, nikki beach and/or the beaches of south point park. If your not in the mood to walk a cab/taxi is affordable for $6.00. A bridge and the intercostal separate your from the port of miami, bayside, bayfront park, american airlines arena,cirque du soleil, brickell and downtown area.
This condominium is bay front and the balconies float above the water with amazing views. The parking garage is staffed with 24 hr valet parking ( self pay at the garage 15.00 a night), the building also has a 24 hour Door Man.
The condo is fully furnished with high end linens, separate bath and beach towels, full kitchen and an 2 LCD TV's one in the living room and the other in themaster bedroom. You can access the 3 balconies from the master bedroom, living room and other queen bedroom; the views are spectacular. There is one king bed, and two queen bedrooms, the third bedroom is great for sensitive sleepers. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room ( this is private as it has its own bathroom in the hallway and all the bedrooms have doors. Additionally there is a deluxe areo mattress with air box springs, this can be placed in the master bedroom the second queen bedroom or the living room. The maximum occupancy 8 people, but 10 can sleep here comfortably. There is a charge of 50.00 per night person, when you book with over 8 people. If you have a larger group (14-16) please email me I might be able to accommodate you.
My housekeeping fee is much higher than other rentals, and all of the fee goes to the housekeeper. I have employed this company for the last 6 years. All housekeepers are legal citizens and the company is bonded and insured. This fee covers, cleaning, sanitation,disinfection and laundry.
Everything you could possibly want and need is less than two blocks away there is a city bike rental, grocery store, restaurants, shops, public transportation and a Starbucks. Should you decide to rent this condo payment is due at time of contract signing. Should a payment plan become necessary this is will be handled on a rental by rental basis.
A security deposit the cost of one night's rental will authorized the day you arrive just as a hotel or rent a car company would do, and is 100% refundable as long as no damage occurs to the unit and or its contents, its falls off your card in 7 days. Please let me know if you are interested in renting and I will send you a rental contract and credit card authorization form.
My caretaker will be waiting for your when you arrive to check you in she returns when its time to check out.
