You’ll love the peace and quiet of this acreage, bordering National Forest Land with a hiking trail right off the property as much as you’ll love the convenience to the town of Nederland which is less than five minutes away. Eldora Ski Resort is five miles away, making it easy to be the first on the slopes and simple to take a mid-day break to grab a bite to eat and head back for more fun. Summer activities also abound.
Choose from endless hiking, biking, fishing, snow-shoeing, Nordic skiing and horseback trails in the close vicinity. The Indian Peaks Wilderness awaits just moments away. Or take the scenic 45 minute drive to gorgeous Estes Park. If gambling is more your style, the quaint mountain town of Blackhawk is just 30 minutes away. For shopping, dining and sight-seeing, the town of Nederland is sure to please as is Boulder, located just a half hour down the beautiful river-side canyon road.

-4 bedrooms/3 full bathrooms/1 half bath
-Master suite with king bed in master. This room has a beautiful attached bath with 2 sinks and dual head shower
-Bedroom 2: one full bed (shares next door full bath with two sinks with guest bedroom 3)
-Bedroom 3: trundle bed (ie: 2 twin beds)
-Bedroom 4: one queen bed, attached full bath.
COOKING:
Fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, stove/range, microwave, refrigerator, all cooking and eating utensils, basic condiments (be sure to ask if there’s something you need)
-New propane grill on upper deck, just outside the sliding doors from the kitchen for the best views. Spare propane tank so you never run out.
DINING: We know you’ll appreciate having ample room to comfortably dine after the day’s activities. You’ll find plenty of seating for dining. The breakfast nook seats four, the formal dining table seats six, the near by dining table seats 6 more and the bar seats five. All dining is located in the spacious great room. Perfect for family feasts!
PARKING: The drive accommodates four cars (four car maximum). There is one stall in the garage for one of the four cars.
