This 3 bedroom 2 bath, beautifully decorated home is truly a “Tropical Gem.”

Upon entering this spacious villa, the family room offers a serene view of the lanai, heated pool, and 100 foot wide, sea walled canal. The family room is well appointed with comfortable furniture and a 55 inch flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure. There is also a DVD player and stereo. By opening the 9 foot sliding glass door, you get the outdoor feeling inside.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities of home. There are stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar for casual dining.

Share meals with family and friends in the dining nook while enjoying the beautiful view.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, and an en suite bath. The master bedroom also has sliding glass doors that open to the lanai/pool area.

The master bath has two sinks, a walk-in shower, and vanity.

The first guest room has a king size bed, flat screen TV, and sliding glass doors to the lanai/pool area. The second guest room has a queen bed and also has a flat screen TV.

The guest bath is conveniently located between the two guest rooms with a bath/shower combination.

The spacious screened in lanai has a gas BBQ grill, dining set,and 6 loungers. The inviting pool is electrically heated and has a southern view which keeps it sunny and bright. This villa also has a dock if you wish to bring or rent a boat or just for fishing.

My family and me (4 persons) had a great stay in this villa.
The check in and check out process was very comfortable and easy. The support during our stay from Lou and Rita was perfect.
The villa is in perfect and clean condition. The funiture is stylish and perfect arranged.
The location is absolutely calm and relaxing (no direct beach access).
You will find really anything you need for a comfortable holiday - from the gas grill station over entertainment, TVs, WIFI, bikes, pool and beach equipement.etc.

Great - may be we come back once again!

Meine Familie und ich (4 Personen) hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub in dieser Villa.
Die Hausübernahme und Übergabe war komfortabel, einfach und unbürokratisch. Die vor Ort Unterstützung von Lou und Rita war perfekt.
Die Villa ist in perfekten und absolut sauberen Zustand, alles ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Einrichtung ist aufwändig und hochwertig (deshalb nix für kleine Kinder).
Die Wohngegend ist sehr ruhig und erholsam, aber nicht direkt am Strand (ca. 30 km entfernt).
Man findet in der Villa wirklich alles - vom Gasgrill über Entertainment, Fernseher, WIFI und Strand und Pool Equipement.
Der Pool ist großartig . Man kann z.B. nachts ein erfrischendes Bad nehmen und die Sterne angucken.
Einfach großartig.Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen
