Property is located in hills far above the desirable yachting community of Yalikavak with its new world class Marina. The Marina itself hosts several world class restaurants as well as an amphitheater where scheduled musical and other attractions are held. Bodrum city is 20 minutes to Kos Island in Greece or 2 hours to Rhodes Island by ferry. There are 2 of the '7 Wonders of the Ancient World ' within 2 hours of this house and a 3rd is 20 min. away. Pleasurable walking in the surrounding hills. Roman aqueduct ruins 5 minutes walk and an ancient 500BC Carian castle ruin 15 min walk. Walk to the local tea shop in the village, 1 km below, where a local food market is held each Tuesday. Yalikavak has the best fish restaurants in the area as well as scores of other restaurants serving local and International cuisine. List of best restaurants and eating places always available.

  • There is no refund of deposit if cancellation is made less than 90 days before booking date, EXCEPT, that in the event we are able to re-book the property, we will gladly refund the entire deposit less a E100 cancellation fee.

The hills behind, provide the perfect place to do morning walks or gather wild herbs in any season. The house itself is surrounded by fig, grape and other fruit trees. The house is situated on the North side of Bodrum Peninsula thus providing the coolest summer breezes on the Peninsula.
