This vacation home has it all. Sunrise view and 100 steps to the Gulf beach. We especially enjoyed having several restaurants within easy walking distance - some with evening entertainment. The elevator made loading and unloading a breeze and the owners thought of everything to make our stay hassle free. The only thing we had to provide was whatever food we wanted. The pictures do not do it justice. Its much nicer and more spacious than they were able to capture in the photos. We would recommend this beach house for families and friends. Whether you just want to relax on the beach or go parasailing or ride bikes or jet skis this place can provide it. We plan on coming back next year!

We had such a wonderful stay... when they say it is a block from the beach it is 1 block from the beach. We walked over each day and it was simple to pop back for lunch or snacks. Bradenton Beach downtown is also one block away with lots of family friendly dining with lots of options for everyone. The house is immaculate and the view is stunning the master suite is over the top and the elevator makes life so easy. Dealing with the owners was simple and we got all the information we needed. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to relax in paradise.

This house is absolutely gorgeous. Beautiful location overlooking the intercoastal one block from the beach. House is immaculate, clean, all new appliances, every detail you would want in a vacation home including enough plates, silverware, glasses and pots and pans to actually prepare a meal!. Each bedroom has a private full bath and the layout of the house allows for privacy of adult family members. Highly recommend this rental.
