The Apartment” of 140 m is located on the ground floor. For this apartment only high quality materials were used.
Almost every room of the apartment is equipped with Air-conditioning and the whole apartment features a music entertainment system in each room.
There is an easy to use alarm system for the guest’s security.
There is a spacious, modern living room with separate dining area of 60 m styled in light colours.
The living room is equipped with two red sofas, an enormous 60 LCD TV with home cinema, DVD and stereo system. The home cinema is offered at an additional charge.
Sliding glass doors lead to a big sun terrace of 22m and a beautiful garden of 50 m.

In the back part of the apartment are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a small sitting area with Reading chair.
All three bedrooms are accessed from a small and cosy sitting area.
The main bedroom features a double bed and is en suite with a private bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with massage shower, double sinks and WC with integrated bidet.
The second bedroom is equipped with two bunk beds and a single bed.
The third bedroom features a single bed and has no Air conditioning. There is however an Air Conditioning unit in the little sitting area which will cool the third bedroom as well.
There is furthermore a second fully equipped bathroom.
Should the guest arrive by car, there is a private parking space available at an additional extra charge.
Parking is very difficult to find in Sitges !
