3-6 bedrooms, 1-2 full baths, sleeps 8-16

Come stay at the beach in a beautiful 3 bedroom rental overlooking the river! Both 1st and 2nd floors available for summer rentals so the two separate rentals can accommodate up to 16 or rent only one to sleep 8. Just a 2 minute walk to the ocean and 8 miles of white sandy beach to walk or just sit and relax. House is located on a short dead end street just off the intersection of Rtes 1A and 286 on the Salisbury/Seabrook line. Both the first and second floors are available for rent and have an open floor plan. Kitchen is fully stocked and ready for your beach vacation. Each rental has 3 bedrooms: two bedrooms with a queen each and third bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds. It is also equipped with a washer/dryer and a full bath. Off both the front and back of the house are decks overlooking the river with spectacular sunset views. A gas grill is provided for your entertaining pleasure.

Great Views! Close to beach.

I enjoyed staying in this rental very much. It is close to the beach, about a 3 minute walk...you can even see the ocean from the back deck. The house is located at the end of a small road and has great views of the river and sunset off the decks. The owner is very accommodating and we didn't have any issues during out stay.
