Martha's Villa is ideally suited for family holidays, a luxury new 2 bedroom detached villa which stands in it's own grounds, with private garden and swimming pool. Located in a very pleasant area and is far enough away to have a relaxing time and near enough to enjoy the night life of Ayia Napa.. Comprising of 1 bedroom with king sized bed and fitted wardrobes, 1 bedroom with double bed and bunk beds with fitted wardrobes both with adjoining balcony of sea views. Fully fitted bathroom with bath and shower. The ground floor is an open plan layout with fully equipped kitchen including large refrigerator/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, full sized oven with ceramic hob and extractor. In the lounge there are 3 large sofas and a flat screen tv, dvd & stereo, there is also a separate dining area. Downstairs toilet.

Outside there is a large swimming pool with shallow end, covered patio area with table and chairs, umbrella, sun beds. Outside shower. COUPLES & FAMILIES ONLY PLEASE

Ideal accomodation for Weddings etc.: The newly built detached villa is ideal for wedding parties who's family are getting married in the nearby hotels eg. Adams Beach Hotel and Olympic Lagoon Hotel etc.

Marth'a Villa is situated between the picturesque fishing harbour of Potomas and the lively resort of Ayia Napa, with easy access to motorway links and Larnaca airport. It is also approx 10 mins drive to Protaras on the South East coast of Cyprus. The villa is far enough away from seasonal tourist crowds but close enough to offer easy access to the abundance of bars, restaurants and shops. There is a mini supermarket within easy walking distance from the villa which is well stocked and has long opening hours. The villa is a few minutes walk to the blue flag beach of Ayia Thekla with full beach facilities. Cyprus's largest Water Park is just down the road from the villa and next door is a Go Kart centre which is ideal for families. Walking in the other direction is the lovely fishing village of Potamas which has 2 lovely fish restaurants. The beautiful beaches of Ayia Thekla, Landra, Macronissis and Nissi are all a short distance away.

We went to cyprus for my daughters wedding and thought we would treat ourselves to a villa as it was a apecial occassion. the villa was beautiful it was lovely to have our own pool and bbq there was lots of family over there ready for wedding and our daughter stayed at the villa the night before the wedding in order to be away from h2b and had some photos taken at the villa they turned out beautiful around the pool and garden. would i come back to this villa def yes but with the hire of a car as is better to do a shop at a bigger supermarket as they are cheaper and we would like to explore the island a little more. you can however manage wqithout a car as taxis are reasonably priced if only used a few times or you take into account the taxi prices in youre budget. supereb communication from Janet and very clean villa cant wait to go back.

We hired this beautiful villa for one week as a treat as our cousin was getting married in a nearby Hotel.....what a treat it was! The Villa is clean, well maintained with all the mod cons, wonderful patio & pool area which is perfectly positioned to receive the sun all day unlike some of the neighbouring villas. Car hire is recommended to get out & about the Island & to get to the larger supermarkets, beaches & local resorts (Ayia Napa-10min, Protarus-20min) we found this cheaper than hiring taxis all the time. We found Protarus better value for money than Ayia Napa for eating & drinking out & very clean & family friendly.
Janets customer service was spot on & was very easy to communicate with from start to finish.
We have already recommended this place to family & friends.
Wonderful place, peaceful location, highly recomended & we will certainly return sooner rather than later.
