Fully air conditioned .Furnished to an excellent standard ensuring your holiday is both relaxing and enjoyable. There is cable TV,DVD player and internet access. Boasting a west facing view overlooking a tranquill lake.The main room is large and spacious with plenty of room for all the family to relax after a busy day. The fully equipped kitchen dining area complete with refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher and coffee maker with patio doors leading to spacious pool and deck area. The family sized washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron are provided and a full compliment of towels. The master bedroom has is fitted with king sized bed, TV large walk in closet and on suite bathroom. There are 3 other spacious bedrooms that share a fully equipped bath. The pool area provides ample space to soak up the Florida sun and pool heating available

The detatched villa is located in a quiet secluded gated resort backing onto a large private lake. Easy accessable to the highway 192 which leads to the main disney attractions. The resort boasts its own golf course kids play area, green area and tranquil lake which is visited daily by the local wildlife. It is 20 min drive from all the Disney attractions, 35 min from Coco beach and space Kennedy. The airport is only 15 min away. The original old town is an easy 20 min drive and an alternative look at the old style florida.Shopping facilites are nearby and cater for all needs. Orlando magic basketball play near by and is a must for all sporting enthuiasts, eating out is very cheap and the local area is packed with a huge variety of restaurant to cater for all tastes. After a busy day at the theme park this home offers you both peace and tranquillity with spectacular sunsets over the lake.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A non refundable booking deposit of £100  or $170 per week is required when booking. The booking will be confirmed by e-mail or post with in 2 days of receipt of your deposit. Once booking is confirmed the deposit is non refundable but will be deducted from the full amount.
  • The payment balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival if late booking then full amount is due on booking confirmation.  Payment must be in sterling or US Dollars.
  • Cancellation charges are as followed. 6-8 weeks prior to departure 50% of total booking. 4-6 wks 75% upto 4 wks 100%. The date of cancellation shall be deemed to be the date that we receive written notification.If you fail to make the payment balance with in the agreed time we shall be entitled to cancel the booking by written notice to yourself.

Bedroom 2 is fitted with a queen sized bed, side table and lamps, dresser unit and walk in closet with its own bathroom which includes bath and shower. This overlooks the front of the property.Both bedroom 3 and 4 have twin single beds, bed side table and lamps and double door closets with access to bathroom and shower facilities.There is a cot with bedding and a high chair provided.

My family and I thouroughly enjoyed our stay at this vacation villa. There were a few issues that came up and were quickly and efficiently handled by the property management. Everything was just as described in the listing. The owner provided excellent customer service. The villa was also very well located to main highways that led to all the restaurants, shopping and theme parks. I would recommend this property to friends or relatives. But one recommendation would be to order the service to have your pool heated on the day you arrive if you should desire to have that, because it took quite a while for it to heat up. Thanks again to the owners for allowing my family and I to stay in your villa during our vacation.

Lovely villa - very comfortable. unforunately Florida had the worst rain ever when we were there so we only got in the pool once but it was lovely.

Self-Catering Villa

We (four adults) just returned from our golf week at this Self-Catering villa. March25th-April 1st./09.

Upon arrival the two eating areas (dining and kitchen) were fully laid out with dishes, just like home. Nice touch.

The heated pool is a must; pool water hoovered around 100 degrees. The screened in pool , patio area allows you to stay outside without bugs- a definite plus++

It is not far from Orlando MCO airport and major highway(s) golf courses, and stores.

The owner answered all our questions prior to arrival.

This is our second year for golfing in the Orlando area; the golf courses are in close proximity to the villa. If anyone is golfing at the Lake Orlando Golf Club be sure to check out The Wing House 5 mins away from there - the wings are really to die for. 1/2 price beer ($1.25) and drinks.

Also for the St. Cloud Golf Course - their clubhouse also has "Happy Hour - 5pm-7pm", this is a new clubhouse. Get a book from any liquor store for discounts up to 1/2 off for golfing after 2pm for $30.00 and what a wonderful scenic course.

At the villa, there are ducks that come up to your patio door to be fed. It is quite serene to be sitting outside and watch the birds and ducks and the lake. No neighbours behind.

The four of us all agreed that we would definietly return, and we recommend this property for the accomodations, gated community, location, and price.

lovely villa.loads of space and in a great position.kids loved the pool overlooking the lake and the daily visits from the ducks.its only a five minute drive to the main highways that lead to the attractions and restaraunts.we loved it and would recommend this villa.Excellent value for money would definatly go back.
