This beautiful home, situated in a lovely quiet residential area, is only ten minutes from the Disney parks & a few minutes drive from two huge Walmart supermarkets. There are many restaurants, bars & shops located within easy reach. The Villa: the Florida room is adjacent to the spacious kitchen, has two large comfy sofas, cable TV & DVD, a music system, free High Speed Internet and is one of two lounge areas. There is a formal dining area, which seats six people, and the second lounge which has comfortable seating for five. All four bedrooms are upstairs and the master suite, with King size bed & cable TV, has a large en-suite which includes a bath, separate shower cubicle & his 'n hers wash basins. There is also a large walk-in wardrobe. Bedroom 2 is also en-suite and has a Queen size bed & cable TV. Bedroom 3 has twin beds & cable TV and bedroom 4 has bunk beds for children & a TV/DVD. The large private pool (heated) has plenty of sunbathing/dining space & sunbeds and chairs.

A luxury home set in a very quiet residential neighbourhood and within easy reach of all the Disney parks and Universal, Sea World, Aquatica, Wet & Wild etc. The Buena Vista Shopping Mall is about 5 minutes from the villa and a further 10 minutes will get you to the Premium Outlets Mall which really is worth a visit! Further retail therapy can be found at the Florida Mall (very large) and Festival Bay which are also easily accessible. Tennis enthusaists can use the nearby community court (walking distance) and there are numerous golf courses just a short distance away. Cocoa beach and the Kennedy Space Centre are about an hour to the east and the Gulf Coast and its resorts are a couple of hours to the west. If you feel like something a little closer to home there are numerous bars, restaurants etc. around highway 192 which is a few minutes from home. When all the fun has worn you out just return to the air conditioned luxury of our villa and relax with a drink by the pool !

Additional information about rental rates

  • To secure your booking a deposit of £200 / US $300 is payable. This will then be treated as your security deposit (and is in addition to the full rental cost) which will be returned to you as soon as possible after your holiday assuming that our management company have confirmed that there has been no loss / damage at the property. Payment of the full rental charge is payable 10 weeks prior to the rental commencement date.
    A charge of £40 / US $70 will be made for cleaning for all bookings of less than 7 days. Optional cleaning is available during your stay and is charged at £40 / $70 per clean (please advise when booking if required).
    We can accept payment via the PayPal system.

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, patio furniture (including comfortable sun beds / chairs), a private double garage and additional parking for two cars and is maintained by our efficient local property management company who are just a phone call away. The property is fully insured and licensed to comply with Florida State laws.

This was an excellent place to use as a base to explore Disney and all of the other theme parks. The house is spacious and well equiped with all mod-cons. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The pool is lovely and was at a perfect temperature when we stayed.
The neighbourhood is pretty quiet, but feels very safe.
Overall this was a really nice house and good value for money. Thanks

We have recently returned from a 2 week holiday during which we stayed in this lovely property. There were 7 of us staying in the house from our 15 month old daughter to her grandparents. There was plenty of room for us all and all the facilities you could ever need - especially with a baby!
The house was in a great location, close to all the attractions and supermarkets/restaurants etc (which the owner was kind enough to send us details of before we went!)
We will definately consider staying in this house should we return to Orlando.

We have had an excellent holiday underscored in no small measure by your beautiful home. Situated in a quiet residential area with easy access to all attractions, restaurants and shopping, it made a first class base from which to enjoy our time in Florida. I would thoroughly recommend your home to anyone. There may only have been the 2 of us but the house is large enough to accomodate a very large or extended family with room for all to find their quiet place if need be. We'll definitely be back for more.

We have had a fantastic holiday starting with a beautiful house to arrive to.This home is everything we hoped it would be from the description. It is well designed with comfort in mind and with a family of six space and comfort are a premium. The house is well looked after, very clean, the swimming pool was a perfect size to swim in and had a good size shallow end for younger children. Hamilton Reserve is a very quiet attractive estate ideally located for shops, petrol stations and theme parks everything was in easy reach. The owners were very helpful and gave us some great recommendations for eating out and directions.We would recommend this house to family and friends. We stayed for 3 weeks and would have stayed longer if we could. We have been to Florida a number of times and this house will always be our first choice in the future.
