Photos and Description of the Armacao de Pera vacation apartment rental A 2 bedroom apartment, sleeps 6, central to golf courses and major attactions.

Our recently built apartment is in the seaside town of Armacao de Pera. Set in the sunny central Algarve it is a golfer’s paradise and a family favourite. The apartment is situated on the second floor in a private complex and is located centrally to the town. It is 3-4 min away from the beach, centre of town, supermarkets and tourist office. It is about 4 min away from the bus station and can accommodate up to 6 people. While staying with us you will have access to the swimming pool and underground car park. It has a fully equipped kitchen complete with hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and washing machine. The living area has a large sofa bed. There is a TV and DVD player with a selection of DVDs. There is also a selection of games to keep the kids amused. There are also parasols for you to use. The master bedroom has a king-size bed whilst the second bedroom has 2 single bed.

The apartment is only 15 minutes from Albufeira, and is central to Armação de Pêra town.A short 3/4 mins walk and you are at the beach. You don't need a car as all amenities are close to hand, bakery, veggies market, supermarkets, laundry, hair dresser, post office, banks, pharmacy, British restaurants/pubs, Portuguese restaurants/pubs by the sea ... At night you can also find pubs with live music, discos. There are ticket offices for Zoomarine, Aqualand Slide and splash, excursions etc and you can get the bus from the town. The golf courses of Vilamoura, Vilasol, Salgados are also nearby. The large Algarve Shopping centre is about 4km away were you can visit the cinema, bowling alley, discount retail and outlets. etc. The apartment is also a short drive to the wild bird sanctuary.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Credit card bookings are accepted and can be made via Paypal, which is free. Payment can be made by bank transfer or paypal. Bookings can be made via telephone or email. A deposit of £100 per week or €150 is required when booking. (I will hold inital booking for a period of 3 days in order for you to book flights etc.) The balance is required 6 weeks prior to arrival.
    A breakage deposit of £100 or €150 is required and is totally refunded at the end of your holiday within a week, after key return and apartment inspection is complete.

Ideally situated for Family Holidays: Because the apartment is central to town and has its own swimming pool in the complex it is ideally suited for families. The large pool area is enclosed and is only accessed by key. The apartment block itself can only be accessed by key or entry phone in the apartment, so its completely secure for a worry-free holiday! I can recommend Zoomarine for a family day out. Also Aqualand is a great family day out and both these attractions are nearby, so no need for costly transportation, The buses go from the town straight to both attractions. The bus station also links to other towns of interest, Albufeira, Silves etc. Additional information on these and other locations is available from the Tourist Office which is approx. 300 metres from complex.

Beautiful Beaches: The beach in Amercao de Pera is one of the longest beach in the Algarve. It has a lifeguard on duty in high season. Parasols and sunbeds are available for hire locally. There are plenty of good restaurants on the beach fronts particularly on the Fisherman's beach area where you can get reasonably priced fish dishes caught the same day. There are a lot of coves to explore.

Golfers Paradise: The Algarve is famous for its Golf courses where you can play all year round in the beautiful sunshine. The apartment is within easy access to all of the golf courses, all you have to do is bring your clubs!!

Apartment in Armacao de Pera

This apartment was located close to the beach, shops, bars etc. We went to Zoomarine and Aqualand on the bus which we got from the town, no need to hire a car. We took a taxi to the Algarve shopping centre and went to the cinema, which showed films in english.
The property is newly built and is furnished to a very high standard, and the pool area is huge.
Helen was very helpful and replied very quickly to any enquiries I had. I was very wary about renting an apartment over the internet but Helen guided me through the process with ease. The apartment manager met us at the apartment and was on call 24hrs ( which was one of my worries as I thought I would be in the apartment with no help if anything went wrong) but thankfully was never needed.
I would definetly recommend this apartment to all. Thanks for a wonderful holiday

The apartment is near to the beach and have bakeries, supermarkets, banks and coffees around.
I recommend it to families and young people.
I would definitely stay there again.
