This Alii Point subdivision of fine, luxury residences is a tropical paradise surrounded by a botanical garden with beach access and features both a community lap pool and a tennis court. A meandering path leads through the garden setting down to the water's edge.

Step down from a spacious entry to the huge floor plan perfect for any group of six. The living/family room decorated in Tommy Bahama furnishings and features floor to ceiling sliding doors and screens that walk you out to the lower lanai complete with ocean views, and patio furnishings for lounging in a lush setting. Test you BBQ skills with the large gas grill and set the table for six for uniquely Hawaiian outdoor dining. The family room offers an entertainment center with a Sharp Aquos 70 inch LED TV with a Marantz Surround Receiver and Polk Audio equipment. Indoor dining for eight also has floor to ceiling glass doors to the outdoor lanai.

A masterpiece of architectural design that takes full advantage of an island lifestyle at its best. This home is highlighted by limestone floors with marble and mosaic inlay, natural granite counter tops and rich, mahogany cabinets throughout. Stunning natural wood beams, lighted art alcoves, and numerous custom features enhance your island getaway. A spiral natural wood staircase takes you upstairs to a large master bedroom with a 37 inch LED TV and a well appointed master bath. In addition, the master suite opens to a large covered lanai with stunning ocean views, perfect for viewing Kona's legendary sunsets, and local paddlers in their canoes. The master bath has etched glass windows, walk in closets, mahogany louvered doors, counter top sinks, and marble bath and shower enclosures.

The Unique Benefits of this home -

Staying in our vacation home is like living in a dream. Each morning Sharon and I awaken to the sound of birds and the ocean surf. We often enjoy breakfast on our lanai, but today we chose to take the 25 minute walk to 'Bongo Ben's Restaurant'. One, of at least a dozen great restaurants in Kailua-Kona.

During the day we may chose to go shopping, enjoy the ocean beaches, play in the lap pool or simply read on our lanai. Many of the homes in this gated community have their own pools so the lap pool is nearly always mine alone. L love the pool. And, I have never seen anyone use the tennis court.

The evening sunsets are fantastic as we enjoy our dinner and wait for the 'green Flash'. The weather in Kailua-Kona is perfect at any hour and in every season. We have air conditioning, but prefer to use the numerous ceiling fans. We do not have the winds that are common up north. So enjoy the outdoors. This is the best place on earth and we are delighted to share it with you.

Our entire 10 day stay at the Alii Point home was without flaw. The excellent online photos do not do justice to the home itself. Quality materials and workmanship are the hallmark of the home. My only regret is that it is a little too small to accommodate our large family under one roof.

We stayed here with a few family members and had a wonderful time! The house is beautiful and very spacious, the neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Walking distance to several beaches and a short drive to town. Definitely recommend this property!
