This second floor, end unit condo is in the perfect location. Walk out the door to the Schuss slopes or the golf course at Schuss. This 600 sq. ft. condo will sleep you and the kids or two to three couples who don't mind sharing the living space. The condo has a small fridge and two burner stove, microwave and dishwasher in the kitchen area, a nice wood burning fireplace and everything you need for a week or weekend of golfing or skiing. Shanty Creek pools and Ivan's restaurant are just a short walk across the parking lot. You will be in the center of all the activity, yet you can close your door and have a quiet evening.
The deck gives you a wonderful view and you can quickly check to see what is happening at Schuss!

With 53 runs on its two mountains and featuring 4 terrain parks, a 300' half pipe, more than 175' of snow, and a 450' vertical drop, Shanty Creek is where terrain meets tradition.This is an absolute wonderful winter wonderland. Tubing park and 4 indoor/outdoor pools are available to guests!

What else to do??!!: If you find time to go exploring, you are only 30-40 minutes from Charlevoix, Petoskey and Traverse City. Shop, go to the casinos, fish, boat on beautiful Torch Lake, sail in the Bay, go to Sleeping Bear Dunes, Bellaire has wonderful restaurants, quaint shopping and you'll find a grocery store and some speciality food shops to stock up your condo and cook a great meal. Swim, boat, use the pools and hot tubs, sightsee - you'll run out of time before you run out of things to do. Please enjoy the resort restaurants and shopping, and visit the great places in Bellaire. There is a movie theatre, video store, grocery store (Glens), some cool shops (such as Sassy Sunflower), coffee shops (Moka) and restaurants. One of our favorites is Lulu’s – and don’t miss the Bellaire Bar next door. In the resort, try Lakeview – it really does have a fantastic view of Lake Bellaire, or Ivan’s over at Schuss Village.
