Steps lead down to Karmilassos, a large stone house and terrace in an idyllic location offering peace and tranquillity overlooking the Kaya valley and the ancient deserted village of Kaya Koy. Only 15 mins drive to the bustling resorts of Fethiye and Hisaranou. No swimming pool but only 15 mins drive to the secluded beach at Gemilar Bay or the most photographed beach in Turkey, at Olu Deniz. The house offers a massive fully equipped kitchen/dining room, separate large lounge with comfortable seating, a TV and DVD player. A shower-room is also located on the ground floor. Upstairs offers 2 king-size bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms, all with French Doors and Juliet Balconies plus 2 bathrooms. All rooms have stunning views over the valley and mountains. The large stone terrace is the perfect place to relax. The garden is planted with olive, orange, lemon, peach, grapefruit and mandarin trees. An away from it all retreat ideal for those who truly enjoy the beauty of nature.

Set in a beautiful valley with authentic bars and restaurants. Gemiler Beach - at the opposite end of the Kaya valley, a beautiful secluded bay and beach bar. Olu Deniz Beach - 20 mins drive to 3km of beach that curves into a beautiful safe lagoon. Fethiye - Ancient harbour town with colourful promenade, tourist and essential shops, restaurants and bars. Hisaronu - Lively nightspot for those who want to live it up. Calis Aqua Park - half an hour's drive providing hours of fun for all ages. Saklikent - 50 mins drive to this inland gorge where ice cold water emerges into the sunshine. Enjoy lunch on a floating restaurant. Tlos - ruins of ancient amphitheatre, town and tombs, on the way to Saklikent. Patara Beach - Just over one hour's drive to this spectacular 17km beach of white sand.

    Bookings are confirmed by a 25% non-refundable deposit. The balance and refundable security deposit of £150 must be paid 6 weeks prior to your date of arrival.
  • Car hire is recommend and we will be happy to arrange this for you. However, taxis are available and many local restaurants arrange a 'pick up and return' service.
    Transfers to and from the airport can also be arranged.
