The Apartment:

A picture is worth a thousand words. The just renovated home comes with awesome furnishings, an abundance of closet space, beautiful art work, and ample space.

The Area:

Located in Upper East Side you are footsteps away from some of the best things that NYC has to offer... Central Park, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Guggenheim Museum, hundreds of fabulous restaurants, shopping, etc...

The Extras:

Pantene shampoo, Pantene Conditioner, face wash, hand soap, hand towels, bath towels, toothpaste, iron, toaster, mircrowave, coffee maker, & a washer and dryer in the building.

The Deal:

I am slightly flexible with the rates, but honestly if you are looking for an amazing trip to New York City, it will be hard to get better value for your money.

First of all, Vincent is a great host. This is my first time going the apartment route vs hotel route and I wasn't sure what I was going to get. But Vincent was able to alleviate my fear, he was very accomodating, from the inquiry, to the booking, and confirmation, he was able to answer all my needs in a quick and timely manner.

The apartment was exactly the same as the pictures and more. It's new, modern, comfortable and very stylish. It is located in a very favorable neighborhood with everything that you need all in a walking distance. It is a great place to come home and rest after enjoying a day in NYC.

Feels Like Home

I had my stay in this apartment with my family. I have to say that the place looks the same as the pictures. Everything was so neat and tidy. Much more, the place is just a walking distance from restaurants, subways and shops. With this, it was never difficult for me to stroll around and see the beautiful places the city has to offer.

More importantly, this apartment made me feel that I have a home in NYC.

Convenient location for visiting NYC attractions

This condo is conveniently situated in a pleasant area within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops and subway. Vincent was there to greet us and although we spent most of our brief visit out catching the wonderful sights that NYC has to offer, the condo had all that we needed to start and end our day.

Great Stay

I own a franchise in NYC which means that my family and I travel here at least once a quarter.

This experience was so nice that I can confidently say that I will probably never stay in a NYC hotel again. The neighborhood is full of great restaurants. The apartment is exactly as pictured, so there were no surprises there. The four of us were comfortable, which is not easy in NYC as space is often difficult to come by.

Overall, this was a great experience and the host was extremely helpful. I highly recommend this experience over any hotel option!
