47' HDTV and DVD in living room, the second bedroom also has a HDTV.

Master bedroom has a king size bed, 2nd and 3rd bedroom have 2 twins.

Dining area has sliding glass doors that open to a large sreened in lanai with an oversized solar heated pool. Backyard is completely fenced in for ample privacy.

A one car garage with new washer (frontloader) & dryer complete this lovely accommodation.

When I opened the door to this home, I was pleasantly surprised how clean the home was. Here was a home that was well taken care of. They had everything a family would need if you stayed a week or a couple of months....Bea was great to work with, our deposit was refunded promptly
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay....grocery stores, restaurants,, less than a mile away.

Me and my family have just returned from our visit to Bradenton, and we cannot rate this home highly enough. The property is spotlessly clean, nicely decorated and everything you need for a perfect vacation. It was great to have such a large pool right in the backyard. The home is in a great central location, only a short drive to the beautiful beaches on Anna Maria Island. Bea was very helpful and good to work with. Security deposit was returned very fast. We hope to return soon!
