The most important feature of our family retreat is that we offer one of the few south-facing pool homes in Windsor Hills that also has no rear neighbors. Spend a moment viewing the Windsor Hills development on Google Maps. Most of the south-facing homes back right up to another property. Most of the other homes with no rear neighbors face north, east, or west – limiting the amount of sun the pool area will receive. If you select a south-facing home that has rear neighbors, the neighbors pool will be approximately 10 feet from your pool – not my idea of relaxing! Take a look at the view from our pool area and you’ll see the difference.
The second most important feature is our proximity to the world class Windsor Hills club house, resort water slide, movie theater, sundry shop, fitness center, and other amenities. We are right down the street from the club house, approximately a 2 minute walk. Many of the homes in Windsor Hills are located a good 10-15 minute walk away from the club house. If you have children, and you are a 15 minute walk away, you almost have to drive there to utilize the amenities of this lovely resort. Our proximity to the clubhouse and water slide makes our home perfect for all ages. We are also right across the street from the amazing children’s 'castle' playground!
Our home offers five bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom. Unlike some homes, we offer three bedrooms on the first floor, making our home the perfect choice for those travelers who prefer first floor living.

Each bedroom in our home has a brand new flat panel TV, complete with its own DVD system, and its own private bathroom.

Each bedroom offers a flat-panel HD TV complete with its own DVD player.
Both the 'Star Wars' room and the 'Mickey' room feature two twin beds each, as well as a trundle bed in each, for a total of three sleeping areas in each twin room.
We have two master suites, both on the first floor, featuring brand-new furniture, King beds, ultra-plush pillow-top mattresses from Sealy, and private en-suite bathrooms.
Our Queen suite, also on the first floor, is in a private corner of the home, with an ultra-plush pillow-top mattress from Sealy, and a private bathroom - perfect for the Grandparents.
Our home has a dishwasher, as well as a washing machine and dryer for your convenience.
ONE OF THE BEST FEATURES is that our home has two separate air conditioning units, and two separate hot water heaters, one for each floor. Our adult bedrooms also feature ceiling fans.
Our home backs to open space, providing additional privacy, while you and your family relax and enjoy the pool and spa/hot-tub.
This is a non-smoking home, stocked with all linens, utensils, etc. We even offer a 'starter pack' of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc.
For those families traveling with young children, we offer a stroller, high-chair, pack-n-play, and bedrails.
