Our Beautiful Colorado home is located near town at Timber Ridge. We are only 3 minutes from uptown shopping and amenities, yet not surrounded by a bunch of neighbors like other areas of town and rentals. Large picture view windows through out the house provide an unobscured panorama view of Pagosa Peak and The Continental Divide. Wildlife trekking across our back yard is a frequent event, and amazing to see.

The house is unlike any other in town, with a strong focus on the small details. Fine finishes such as reclaimed hard wood floors, masonary fireplaces, walk-in multi-head showers and beautiful rock work set the property far above other homes and rentals in the area. Luxury bathroom amenities along with fine sheets and freshly washed duvet covers ensure that you can sleep and relax comfortably (you will NOT find a set of old worn sheets on our beds). Our kitchen is perfect for entertaining and cooking. With an 4' gas burner stove, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, large refrigerator and plenty of cabinet space, our kitchen will meet any need you have.

The house has been designed around a 'great room' concept and single level living. The living room, kitchen, and dining are all sections in a large great room. This is perfect for entertaining as no one is cut off from the rest of the group... for example, you can sit by the fire in the living area while having a nice conversation with the person cooking behind the stove.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom and large viewing windows to enjoy the scenery. The master bedroom/bath and two of the guest rooms are located in the main part of the house. The 4th bedroom and bath are connected via a large picture window indoor breezway. This provides for a perfect place for that guest that wants a little space from the rest of the house. Next to the 4th bedroom is the 3 car garage (2 spots available for your use) that can fit large vehicles.

I booked this property for a ski trip I was planning for my wife a few other couples. What a perfect place for us! The home is located close enough to town to be convenient but is backed off the main road to be nice and peaceful. When we arrived at the property it took our breath away, this property is much larger in person than it appears in the pictures. If you like the pictures of the home you will LOVE the home when you arrive. The property was clean and well taken care of with top of the line linens and appliances. We really enjoyed sitting outside on the covered patio watching the snow fall with a fire going in the fire place on the patio, what a neat feature to the home.

After our long days skiing coming back to this home to unwind was amazing. The bedrooms are oversized and have private baths for each bedroom, much better than any hotel stay could of provided and at a much more reasonable price.

The owner of the property was extremely helpful in answering any questions that we had and making sure that we felt at home during our stay. I would highly recommend this property to anybody looking for a relaxing home for their stay in Pagosa Springs, CO with every convenience that you have at your home and then some!

My wife and I would love to stay at this property during all the seasons of the year to enjoy all the different activities available. There are so many things to do in Pagosa Springs that it keeps you wanting to come back for more!

I would highly recommend Wolf Creek Ski Resort, The Springs Resort & Spa for Hot Springs and Massages, Pagosa Brewery for a Beer, and Boss Hogs for some Prime Rib Dinner!!!

Had a great time and really enjoyed staying at the house. Grocery store very close and full chef kitchen makes meals easy. Large fireplaces (indoor and out), body sprays in shower, garage use, plenty of room......Outstanding way to spend some quality vacation time. Excellent communication by owner. Looking forward to visiting again----during any season! Thanks for the great service.
