This newly furnished and decorated, two and a half bath townhouse is located a short distance from the center of Lake Placid. Situated in a quiet part of town, it is just minutes from the Olympic Arena, shopping and restaurants. Famous Lisa G's and Liquid & Solids restaurants are right around the corner!

Entry is on the lower level which features ample space to store your winter or summer sports equipment. This floor has one bedroom with a bunk bed (Full bottom, twin top) and a trundle situated for three. A comfortable family room with an L-shaped pull-out couch provides additional sleeping for two. A full bath and laundry room are also located on this level.

The main floor features a fully equipped modern kitchen with an island. An open floor plan with hardwood floors throughout offers a comfortable living room with a large flat screen HD TV and a dining room that seats 8. A 1/2 bath is also located on this level.

The third floor has two bedrooms (1 King & 1 Queen) and a full bath.
