Private Community: The private community of Hampton Lakes is located just off the US 27 and is approximately 15 minutes from Disney World. At the heart of the community we have two tennis courts, a basketball court, beach volleyball court, 2 children's playgrounds and a community swimming pool so there is always plenty to do when you're not at the theme parks, attractions, beaches or one of the countless perfect Floridian golf courses in the area.
The House: With ample parking on the front drive multiple families can stay together at Hampton Palms. As you enter the house you will instantly feel at home.

Second Bedroom - Queen Bed with TV and en-suite shower room including single vanity unit and walk-in shower.
Living Space - 3 Sofa living area with double sofa bed should you need more than the 5 bedrooms. Large LED flat screen TV mounted on the wall with full HD Cable package and XBOX 360 with a selection of games and DVD to keep you and the kids entertained. Sound dock for your iPod or iPhone so bring your own tunes along with you. Included are a selection of board and card games to keep you entertained. Located in the living area are the patio doors to your screened private pool area.
Kitchen - Fully equipped with all the utensils and crockery you could possibly need. Double door fridge freezer, Dishwasher, 4 hob stove, Oven and Microwave. Low level breakfast bar and Pantry storage cupboard.
Dining Area - Large separate dining area with large table and 10 chairs + highchair
