This house was previously rented and the guests come back year after year as the house holds many happy memories for them. The property is on Manresa beach, which is perfect for children, surfing, fishing, sunbathing or just plain fun. You will never be bored in this house. It is in a location that will ensure your comfort. pick a spot by the window to put your feet up, read or sit with your favorite Chardonnay as the sun sets. The kitchen, bedrooms and all living areas in the home have incredible ocean views. You will also find a bbq located on the upper deck. This home is within a 10 minute drive of the Seascape Resort and shopping center in Aptos, Ca. It is within 20 minutes from Santa Cruz, Ca where the beach boardwalk is located.

Cleaning $200

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency () unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • $3950-4500/week
  • Visa/Mc and American Express Accepted.

    Low Season: $3,950.00 per week. High Season and holidays: $4,500.00 per week.
    Three night minimum = Low Season $565.00/per night - High Season $650.00 per night.

    High Season is from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend every year. Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas (One-Week Minimum Stay is Required).
    Restrictions: No Pets and No Smoking.

    A $700.00 Refundable security Deposit is required at the time the property is reserved and it will be returned after departure. A $200.00 Cleaning fee will be retained. Linens provided on one-week plus stays.

    3 PM check in and 11 AM check out. Early check ins and Late check outs will be accommodated on a case by case basis.

    Multi-week discounts: for stays over a week, the second week discount and the third and additional weeks are 15% discount.

    No pets or smokers please.

    Maximum occupancy is 14 people.
  • $700 fully refundable security deposit within 14 days.
    $200 cleaning deposit/non-refundable.

Perfect for families!

We rented the beach house for a friends birthday and had an amazing time.

We had 5 families and there was plenty of room! The house is HUGE and the views are stunning. There are 3 levels and each level has a kitchen. There are bathrooms on each floor as well. The bedrooms are a nice size, we were able to set up a pack and play for the little kids with no problem. We all felt like we had a lot of privacy too.

The house is DIRECTLY on the beach! We had a bon fire on the beach one night which the kids really enjoyed. You can't get any more beach front than on the beach!

We can't wait to come back and plan to do an annual trip with a few other families. Highly recommend this place!

wonderful get together place!

We throughly enjoyed our time at this beautiful house. The view was spectacular, loved the layout and the beach house behind it! Great place for 4 families with kids of different ages. May not be great for young children but we had ages 8 through 18! We did agree the downstairs beds could use a little padding though! We would definitely rent this unit again!
