Absolutely great place! Good location, the hosts who care like Mom! They met us at the time agreed, showed everything (and the appartment is equipped w everything you could need, even washing machine and underground parking!). During our stay they couple of times asked us by e-mail if we need anything else. So pity I can not rate this w 6 stars! Thanks a lot, Ginger and Ray!!!

We LOVED this condo!

My husband and I loved this condo for many reasons. First, the owner met us and took the time to orient us to our new surroundings. The condo is in the heart of Santana Row in San José where there is a lot of good shopping and terrific restaurants. We felt safe and secure at all times.

We were there for two nights and loved every minute. We will definitely stay there again when we are in San José. Thank you Ginger and Ray!

A Great Stay!

Ginger and Ray were great hosts. I rented their condo for a friend of mine visiting the Bay Area for a few days. He absolutely loved the unit, location, and convenience of it all. Ginger greeted me for the check-in and showed me the unit and area - it couldn't have been smoother. I spoke to Ray over the phone and got to know him a bit as well. Like Ginger, very welcoming and personal. He gave me a few of his thoughts with regard to starting up a company. It was refreshing to get his honest opinions. Regardless to say, I definitely recommend their condo and will be renting from them again when family and friends visit the area. Thanks so much for a great stay!

comfortable and private retreat

My wife and I stayed at this apartment for our Xmas break whilst we visited our daughter and her family who live about 10 minutes from Santana Row. She has two very small children and not enough space!
The apartment was exactly as described and absolutely what we wanted. the undergrond parking was a joy and the proximity to shops, restaurants, cinemas and cafes was wonderful. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very quiet and very well provisioned with washing, drying and catering facilities. Towells were lovely and luxurious (very American!) and the shower and bath very powerful with plenty of hot water. The apartment block as a whole appeared very secure and the area outside lively and cosmopolitan. The owners were excellent in their meet & greet and there is plenty of advice and information in the apartment about the apartment itself, the local area and options for visits further afield.
The only drawback was the smell of cooking from the restarant below which permeated into the corridors of the apartment block but not, repeat no, into the apartment itself.
We will certainly return and see it as a comfortable and private retreat for Grandparents when Grandchildren get too excited!

Lovely Condo

Hi Ginger and Ray,


My friend and I loved your condo and enjoyed the best time that we ever had had so far for the most of out trips. We felt comfortably to stay inside the condo with a cozy bed room, beautiful kitchen, view etc. It was very clean and had everything that we needed it. The most thing we liked the condo was it located closes to the shopping mall, restaurants, grocery stores such as Safe Way conveniently. We just walked over the streets and enjoyed the Christmas ambiance with the shoppers.
Ginger has been very pleasant to welcome us so we would definitely come back again in the near future and we would stay longer. Indeed, we would recommend your lovely condo to our friends.
