Charming, quiet and comfortable in the centre of Paris

At an average of 10 minutes from all interest points of Paris, with many restaurants and shopping facilities around, the apartment is located on the ground floor (courtyard) of a beautiful building, completely secured, near the metro station 'Tolbiac' on the very central line 7.

With a surface area of 42 sq.m, particularly quiet, it has been fully renovated, equipped and nicely furnished in early 2012.

The living room, with two large windows, has a sofa-bed for 2 extra persons.

The main bedroom is romantic, with a large double bed of 160 x 200, a double window with large curtains, a flat screen TV (in addition to the one in the living room) and a beautiful wardrobe.

The kitchen is new and perfectly equipped for the best cooks. The bathroom is also new.

A charming and peaceful place to rest after your strolls and other pleasant activities in Paris.

Ideal for visiting Paris: a few minutes away on foot from the Quartier Latin, the apartment is located 20 m away from Tolbiac metro station, on line 7, which brings you to all of Paris's tourist and cultural attractions within a few minutes: 10 minutes from the Place du Châtelet, Notre-Dame or Beaubourg, 15 minutes away from the Marais, the Louvre, Saint-Germain des Prés or the department stores.

The Butte-aux-Cailles neighbourhood is famous for its restaurants, its lovely alleys and its beautiful garden. It is a lively, picturesque and artistic area known as a typically Parisian small village or oasis, and a pleasant place to stroll. Supermarket and shopping facilities nearby. Big shopping centre on Place d'Italie 300 m away with many movie theatres. Easy access from Orly and Charles-de-Gaulle airports with the RER B. Several bus lines (69 and ).

After searching the internet for the ideal place for our stay in Paris, we decided on this gorgeous little apartment. It is compact but suited our family of 5. It is very clean, modern and new inside and the best value I could find for a Parisian apartment of this standard. I highly recommend to anyone looking to stay within easy distance of the sites of Paris and just metres from the closest Metro station. The owner is highly communicative and very helpful in answering any questions. Would love to return here one day.

We really enjoyed ourselves in this charming apartment.
The apartment is perfectly located to visit Paris. The location is very well connected to the center by metro and the neighborhood is very nice for shopping or just to take a strol.
There are plenty of good restaurants and there's a shopping mall 5 mins away by walk.
The apartment is really cute and comfortable and we would love to come back!

A great place to stay in Paris

This apartment is perfect : the location seemed to be a little far from the center but in fact it is very practical, with the Metro station just nearby, and the line n°7 going straight to all the places of interest in the center in a few minutes. The area is very pleasant with lots of restaurants and shops. The apartment itself is exactly as described, it is very clean, charming, comfortable and very well equipped, with taste. The owners are very helpful and welcoming. Not expensive at all in regard with the quality of the apartment and location. Highly recommended !
