The level entry floor plan has three bedrooms (2 kings/1 queen), two baths, vaulted mountain-style ceilings, beautiful stone gas fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen. DirecTV, WiFi, washer/dryer, fully furnished including towels and linens, Vermont Casting gas BBQ.

This beautiful mountain retreat located in Tahoe City and overlooking Lake Tahoe has stunning lake views from both the upper and lower decks. Property amenities include two swimming pools and hot tubs, three tennis courts, basketball court, putting green, children's playground and hiking/mountain bike trails. The private beach clubhouse on the Lake has a sandy beach, pier and volley ball.

Smos una familia de 5 personas y estuvimos realmente muy bien en la casa de James, quien fue una persona q siempre estuvo atento a tener todo listo para nuestra llegada. El sitio donde queda la casa es espectacular, tiene una hermosa vista desde la habitacion del piso de abajo y tambien desde la sala comedor y cocina del primer piso. Tuvimos todo lo indispensable y necesario para los dias q estuvimos allí. Es u sitio bastante ascquible porque queda bastante cerca de Tahoe City y alpine medows para quienes quieren ir a esquiar. Recomiendo totalmente a James y su casa en Lake Tahoe, seguramente volveremos allí.

Our family had a great summer vacation. The property is wonderful. Fabulous views. The balcony overlooking the lake is very relaxing. We are looking forward to our next stay sometime in the future. Owner was very responsive and organized in facilitating our rental.

Perfect Family Vacation!

Our family stayed here for the 4th of July and had a great time! There are a lot of activities for children and the area is very safe for the kids to ride their bikes. The Tahoe City fireworks show can be viewed from the point of the community so you don't have to deal with the crowds downtown all day to "save a spot"! There are very few things as spectacular as waking up to a beautiful view of Lake Tahoe from the living room or downstairs bedroom every morning. The kitchen is well stocked and the home doesn't have the old, dated feel that so many other Tahoe places have. The home also has a great big BBQ on the deck - perfect for entertaining! If only we could have stayed longer...

Fantastic place!

This condo is wonderful - wish we could buy it! Loved the view and spending time on the deck in the mornings with our coffee and in the late afternoons and evenings with our glasses of wine! The furnishings were lovely and the kitchen was well-stocked. It was great having three bedrooms and two baths with one on the main living area for my mother. Waking up to a view of the lake was fantastic! Lovely grounds and very quiet area. It was a great week of quality time with my sister from Minnesota and my mom. A very special time! This has been one of the best places I've rented in Tahoe and would definitely rent it again.
