Perfect Family Vacation
Excellent location just two blocks from the beach, 15-minute walk to 5th avenue, in a very quiet neighborhood.
The pictures don’t really portray the roomy spaces of the house. It is so much bigger than what we expected.
The house was very, very clean everywhere: pool, common areas, bedrooms, terrace, kitchen and bathrooms.
It has AC in all common areas and bedrooms, but it also has screens on all windows, so we enjoyed the mosquito free breeze most of the time.
The owners and managers were very useful during the whole process. We had a minor incident with the refrigerator, but the administrator assistant was very responsive and got it fixed right away.
The owners even suggested us a restaurant for a family celebration, which turn to be an unforgettable one, thank you Karen, the music and food at Origenes was fantastic.
The Kitchen was fully equipped, and they provide all the essentials, even a pre-paid cell phone with some courtesy minutes.
We enjoyed every single spot of the house from the terrace to watch sunsets and sunrises; the hammocks on the balconies to take the “siesta”; to the private, newly renovated pool. We would definitely recommend this property.
