On the 1st level, guests walk into this beautiful seaside retreat, right into the oceanfront living room. The living room features 50' flat screen TV, DVD, VCR, recliner, 2 sofas, fireplace, stereo/CD player with wireless outdoor speakers and access to the oceanfront deck. Walk down the steps from your deck, onto the white sand of New Smyrna Beach. Your beach will feel completely secluded from the world!
In the living room you will find various family board games and card games to keep you entertained. There is also a selection of DVD's, VCR Tapes and CD's.

1st Floor Rooms: The oceanview (and intracoastal view) kitchen is fully equipped and features stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, with an island (with seating for 2). The kitchen is complete with utensils, dinnerware, glassware, pots & pans, blender, mixer, both KEURIG and automatic drip coffee pots, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, slow cooker, and almost any gadget you could desire!
The dining room features seating for 6 and also offers a view of the ocean and the intracoastal waterway.
Also on the 1st level is the oceanfront master suite, featuring a king size bed, flat screen TV, DVD, clock, chair, access to the oceanfront deck, and full bath with walk in shower.
2nd Floor Rooms: On the 2nd level, guests will find the 2nd oceanfront bedroom, featuring a queen size bed, flat screen TV, clock, chair, and access to a private oceanfront deck.
The 3rd bedroom features a queen size bed, flat screen TV, clock, and twin size chair sleeper. The 3rd bedroom was designed so that it has a view of both the intracoastal waterway, as well as the unbelievable ocean outside.
The 2nd full bath features a tub/shower.
We hope we have thought of all the comforts of home. We have provided a book in the house, explaining it all. Throw blankets and beach towels (within arm's reach of the deck) are in the living room. There are extra towels and sheets in the linen closet. For those little messes, we have provided an upright vacuum, as well as a hand-vac for your use. In case you need it while you're there, you'll find a few tools in the linen closet. There is an iron in each of the oceanfront rooms, both upstairs and downstairs.
Furnishings: And, there is an ironing board in the downstairs bedroom closet. The kitchen cabinets go fairly tall, so we have provided a step stool for your use -- also found in the downstairs bedroom closet.
While you're at home here, you will be close enough to drive to any of the Orlando Theme Parks: magic kingdom, epcot center, animal kingdom, universal studios, hollywood studios, typhoon lagoon, islands of adventure, sea world, aquatica, discovery cove, and Kennedy Space Center. Also nearby are Merritt Island Wildlife Refuge, Daytona International Speedway, and World Famous Daytona Beach (and Bike Week)!
