NEW, MODERN, 1 BEDROOM APARTMENT WITH EXCELLENT VIEWS.

My fiance and I are just back from two weeks in Carvoeiro. We stayed in this beautiful apartment and loved every minute of it. Peter, the owner, is absolutely fantastic. He is very friendly and prompt to reply to all emails that I sent. He even organised a taxi to transfer us from the airport to the apartment on our request. Anything that he can help you with, he will.

The apartment has everything you would need in it. There is effective air conditioning installed, (with remote controls) in the bedroom and the livingroom which we really benefitted from in the August sunshine. It cools down the building really quickly to give fast relief from the heat. We couldn't have done without it.

There is a TV and DVD player with access to a good selection of British channels. Even things like a washing machine, dish washer, ironing board, iron, clothes horse and a hairdryer were provided which are all good items to have access to.

The apartment is a very comfortable size with a separate room for the kitchen which we felt was useful. There was a lovely big balcony overlooking Carvoeiro which we enjoyed having our breakfast and lunch on. It's in the shade for these two meals and this meant we could enjoy our meals in a comfortable temperature. If you want to get some sunshine at any time of the day just head up to the roofterrace, which is only accessible to those staying in the apartment. It has several comfortable loungers and a lovely barbeque area which we availed of twice during our stay. I had been slightly concerned about the fact there was no access to a swimming pool due to the warm temperatures that August can bring in Portugal but we found that becuase there was quite a breeze up on the roof, we never really got too hot and sticky and if we did we just took a break and went back down the steps to the apartment for a little while to cool off.

The apartment is only a 5 minute walk down into the town centre but it is far enough away to be in a very quiet (residential) area and this suited us perfectly.

I can't wait to return to Carvoeiro and I will certainly be booking this apartment again in the future!!

We rented the apartment last year and the location, property, facilities etc couldn't have been better.
The property is outstanding, clean, well maintained and has everything you need while away from home. There are no negative comments about this property at all.
I am booking again this year all being well.

We were there 1st week of May 2011 for a week and had a wonderful time. The apartment is beautiful, spotlessly clean and bright and very comfortable. The position on the hill means you have fantastic views over the village and surrounding area. The sun is on the kitchen balcony in the morning so we sat out for breakfast, then in the afternoon it is on the front larger balcony where we sat for lunch and dinner and to watch the sunset! It's just a short walk down to the village centre and the good selection of shops, bars and restaurants and lovely beach. Would definately recommend this for a couple .
