Skiers Sanctuary is a two bedroom Breckenridge vacation rental that can accommodate a maximum of four adults and up to six with children.
This fabulous condo is the perfect getaway for a small family or two couples. Located 20 yards from the free Breckenridge bus stop, you can access any of the ski resorts our county has to offer! Or, you can walk across the street to the base of Peak 9 where you can access all of the Breckenridge ski area, or sign up for ski lessons! On your way back, stop off at the Main Street Station for a dip in one of several hot tubs, use the gym, or reserve the theater room for a private viewing of any movie you choose.
Back at the condo you also have access to a shared hot tub located just below your accommodations. Upon entering the condo, you are welcomed into an open concept living room with high ceiling and floor-to-ceiling glass doors that provide spectacular views of the slopes! Relax in front of the fire and watch a movie, or simply take in the breathtaking views.
The kitchen is luxurious with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Prepare a meal or a simple snack before walking into town to dine in one of the many exquisite restaurants. You are only a five-minute walk to heart of Breckenridge and all that it has to offer!
The condo is configured perfectly for a small family or two couples with an additional den featuring a queen sleeper sofa, flat screen TV and en suite bathroom. On either side of the den is a bedroom each furnished with king bed, flat screen TV and en suite bathroom.

If discount lift tickets are purchased prior to your remaining balance we are happy to purchase them for you and will send you an updated folio with your new balance. If your balance has already been paid and we are within two weeks of your arrival there will be a 5% convenience charge added to the price of your discounted lift tickets. All tickets must be purchased a minimum of three days prior to your first day of skiing.

We do not require 4WD for this home but we strongly recommend it when coming to Breckenridge as you are in a high alpine environment.

Perfect size condo for our family of five and Book Breck was super helpful before and during our stay. Love the backyard full of snow and the convenient access to hot tub! Suggestions for a more convenient and comfortable stay - make sure lightbulbs are working - we had two key ones burn out, more toilet paper and towels to at least get through the duraton of our stay, conditioner for hair and slightly bigger bath towels - we really enjoyed the condo and the hot tub. The living room with the fireplace was very cozy!
