The unit has been totally remodeled from top to bottom with attention given to detail. Furnished with beautiful designer furniture and original artwork the unit has a large living room, open kitchen and two large bedrooms. It comes with a small outdoor seating area with side ocean views, a BBQ and outdoor seating for four.\\The bathroom consists of two sections. One has a large bathtub with combined shower. The second part has the counter with sink, thus allowing different people to use it at the same time. The modern and open kitchen including stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and everything you need to prepare a wonderful meal.\\The bedrooms are located in the back of the condo. One has a comfortable King size bed the other a comfortable queen bed. This second bedroom has a sliding pocket door opening up to the front portion of the bathroom. Both bedrooms have TV’s and DVD players as well armoires and large closets offering more than sufficient storage for all your clothes.\\This condo has all the high-end hotel luxuries, from high thread count linens and towels to a 42” flat screen with cable TV, DVR and HBO and high-speed wireless internet. Inflatable air mattress is available upon request.\\As most beach properties along the California Coastline, this property is not equipped with an A/C unit. With average beach temperatures ranging from 65 to 75 degrees year round, air conditioning is not generally needed in our beach areas. For our warmer days, each of our beach properties is equipped with portable ventilator fans which, when combined with open windows, allow the fresh ocean air to circulate and cool your property to a very pleasant temperature.
