This traditionally furnished two bedroom/ two bath condo is located in Canyon Shores. The first floor condo has a king bed in the master bedroom and twin beds in the second bedroom. For leisure, it includes two TVs and a stereo. For your convenience it also provides a washer/dryer. Located right next to the pool, the condo gets southern exposure and has lovely views of the pond and mountains from the patio. The many amenities of Canyon Shores include five pools, spas, a lap pool, five tennis courts, and an exercise room at the Clubhouse. Canyon Shores is located in Cathedral City adjacent to Cathedral Canyon Country Club and Lawrence Welk's Oasis Resort, mid -way between downtown Palm Springs and Palm Desert/ El Paseo, near the IMAX and Mary Pickford theatres. Tennis Pro on site in season.Minimum rental: 1 week; No Smoking, No Pets.
