This property is located near the bifurcation of the Avenues Abolition, Beira Mar and Expressway. Also near Avenida Alberto Sá that takes you directly to beach of the Future. Also close to the pole of the gastronomic Varjota, with its bars and great restaurants. From above the apartment overlooks the beach Meireles with its beautiful windmills and you may see. We also have a few meters from Beira Mar of Cameroon and Cameroon's Expressway, much frequented by tourists. Also close to the Yacht Club, a place frequented by society Ceará.
