One Double, One Twin Bedroom (both en-suite), plus Sofa Bed Sleeps 6.

Rarely is a property of this extremely high quality offered for rental. The townhouse is on two floors and situated in the Quinta da Boa Nova Resort near Ferragudo. Entrance is via the elegant hallway leading to the lounge/dining area, kitchen and guest WC. Large patio doors allow access to the lower sun terrace, where there is a solid granite table and six comfortable chairs for your al fresco dining and for enjoying the excellent views on offer. The lounge has a very comfortable cream leather sofa and 2 chairs to enable guests to sit back and enjoy the 32' LCD TV (SKY FTA), or the CD music system, both connected to the home cinema system.

Access to the two upstairs bedrooms are via a marble staircase with child safety gate at the top and bottom for security. Both bedrooms are en-suite, one with it's own balcony, excellent for reading a book in peace, and enjoying the superb views. The complete property is air conditioned, mosquito netted throughout, and with electric shutters.

An excellent restaurant/cafe/bar House' is now open on site for guests use.

The townhouse is situated in a fantastic new development, Quinta da Boa Nova, just outside Ferragudo. The complex has two tennis courts (free for guests' use), and huge adults and separate children's pools, the latter easily visible for children's supervision. The area is beautifully landscaped and views from the townhouse, are excellent. The quaint fishing village of Ferragudo, with it's numerous restaurants and bars is a mere 5 mins drive. If golf is your penchant, there are 2 18-hole championship golf courses within 15 mins drive. All the major attractions such as Zoomarine, Aqualand and Slide & Splash are within 20/25 mins from the property, with the fabulous Caneiros Beach and it's restaurant on stilts, is a mere 3 mins away.

Other Activities: Jeep Safaris, Sub Aqua excursions/courses, Scenic flights in Cessna Aircraft around Algarve.

Lovely, spacious, clean, well-equipped and quiet

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very well-equipped, clean, nicely furnished and decorated. The air conditioning in the two bedrooms was very handy too. The resort is small, but for us that was perfect as it was quiet and the pool is great for both adults and children. The beaches are lovely and a short drive away; I wouldn't recommend walking with children as there is a steep hill. For our arrival there were a few provisions which was a nice touch. Great place and quiet location.
