Perfect Location for a Beautiful,Modern and Romantic Apartment

I wish that there was a 6 star option, but since there isn't I will take the initiative to give a 6 star rating here in my review (: ****** :)

My wife and I visited PR for the first time on this visit and we really didn't know what we were doing, but we both feel like we lucked out with this vacation spot. I want to give credit to the owners of this property because the location is great and the apartment/condo was fully equipped with everything you could need on a vacation. This option was so much better than a hotel and we will continue to vacation here in the future. I also want to commend the owners on finding an absolutely superb property manager. I don't know if I can put the name down here, but VL really knows how to take care of her customers. I can't even say enough about the service that we received making this visit more than we ever dreamed it could be.

We started out by arriving to a fridge with complimentary water and a sample of some local beer that really hit the spot after traveling so far and for so long. The apartment was located in such a great spot that is 5 minutes walking to the beach and it has everything that you could ever think of needing within a 10 minute vacinity, no car needed. We did however rent a car for one day to see another part of the island, but you definitely don't need a car if you are looking to just relax for your vacation. We stayed for a week and I really wish we could have had a month because this place was so comfortable and provided us with the greatly needed rest and relaxation in addtion to some amazing food and an experience that we will never forget. I am sure that there are other amazing places on the island, but I can tell you that you can't go wrong with Isla Verde. Inside of the condo was a list of favorite restaurants and other good information that we thoroughly enjoyed. There are also some premier restaurants (Ruth's Chris) right across the street and some more affordable choices about 2 minutes away depending on what kind of budget you are working with.

I wish I was better with words and had more space to talk about the Property Manager and her service, but I do want to say that we had one very minor issue and we called VL and she was so accomodating. She even refunded us some of our money because the wireless internet was working which really wasn't a big deal at all. I know that as VL continues to serve her customers in this fashion, she will continue to get life long tenants.

We cannot speak highly enough of the location of this property. It is located right in the heart of Isla Verde and within walking distance of everything. The apartment itself is nicely appointed, modern and relatively clean. There is security at the entrance and police everywhere, so we felt real safe walking, even late at night. (except for the couple of nights the hall lights outside our door were not on - that was a little unnerving) The beer and coffee upon arrival was much welcomed. The building is quiet, the pool is nice (pool chairs not so much), and the grounds well maintained. Unfortunately, the communication between Vilmari and us was not good and cause a bit of stress during our stay. (She wouldn't even tell us the apartment number until we were actually on the floor?!?!) Be aware there is a mentally ill man that lives in 1010 who seems a bit menacing although we were assured by the security personnel that he is harmless. If internet access is important to you, take note that the internet/cable was out intermittently throughout our stay (and the wireless didn't work) which made for frustrating planning. Make sure you check out the El Alambique Bar right at the entrance to the beach. They have great food and amazing coconut mojitos. For fine dining, check out Zest, where we had the best meal of our stay.

My wife and I visited Puerto Rico for our anniversary and staying in this apartment made our stay wonderful. Isla Verde is a small but entertaining city. The apartment was great. Very modern, clean, good water pressure, no bugs, secure, drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic were included for free), close to restaurants and shops, about 4 miles away from the airport, a few blocks from the beach, a short cab ride to Old San Juan and other cities, etc. Also having a clothes washer and dryer in the apartment is a major plus. Everything that you needed was available in the apartment including cable and internet (Wi-Fi). The owner was very helpful, professional, and easy to conduct business with. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking to visit Puerto Rico. What you see in the pictures is truly what you get, the view is even better that what the picture portray. If my wife and I decide to visit Puerto Rico again we will be staying here.
