Stay in this extremely comfortable golf course view condo with Hi-Speed internet access for your laptop. The condo is very close to the clubhouse where you can eat in the restaurant, have a cocktail at the 19th Hole, watch sports on the multiple TV’s or go for a swim in the Olympic size pool. This resort has its own 18 hole championship golf course with preferred rates for owners and their guests. For your safety the community is gated and patrolled 24 hours a day. The condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in a split floor plan and sleeps 4 persons. There is a full kitchen including a washer and dryer – the ceramic stove and fridge/freezer are stainless steel. All linens, pots/pans and crockery provided. The living room furniture is brand new. Just steps from your front door is a heated (winter) pool. There is also a fitness room at the clubhouse, lighted tennis and basketball courts.Within 2-3 minutes of the condo there are numerous restaurants & shop. This is a smoke-free condo.

Well maintained and updated condo in country club setting. Close to all highways for your adventures! Less than an hour to the beach or Kennedy Space Center or cruise ship at Port Canaveral. 1.5 hours to the Gulf Coast. Daytona Beach / Speedway just 70 miles. 10 minutes from downtown. 20 minutes to elegant Winter Park. 3 minutes to major shops, restaurants and just 5 miles from the airport. 20 minutes from Sanford airport. On site restaurant and bar with multiple TV's for the big games! On site championship golf course with exceptionally low greens fees. On site agent if you need assistance or have problems.

Great Place to Spend the Winter

This facility is perfect for a 3 to 4 month stay. It is big enough to not feel crowded yet small enough that housekeeping is not a problem. Parking is excellent, and the heated pool within 1/2 block just can't be beat. The view from the balcony is great, and the kitchen is very well equiped. We have already signed a lease for next winter.

Our family stayed at this property last summer during our first trip to Disney. The property exceeded our expectations! It was very reasonably priced, clean, and located close to the Disney resort. The owners were great to work with! The pictures of the property and descriptions given were accurate. We would highly recommend this property to other families traveling to Orlando, Florida. We enjoyed the condo pool and the pool at the golf club. This condo was like a home away from home! Thank you!

Convenient to all Central Florida Attractions

This Golf Resort Country Club condo is so close to Orlando International Airport, 5 miles. Also, close to all variety of restaurants & the major attractions, Disney World, Universal Studios & Wet & Wild. I recommend to
all & will visit again the next time I am in Orlando, Florida.

Great Value and Location

Very nice and well equipped 2 bedroom condo. Close to Orlando attractions with all the conveniences of home. Country club offers activities for all ages and interests: golf, swimming, tennis, basketball. Condo came equipped with some staples and starter supplies which were greatly appreciated. Furnishings were kept up and comfortable and the condo was very clean. The screened porch worked great for my mother who smokes while the rest of us did not. The county club staff was friendly and courteous as was the rental agent who even offered to assist in getting our return boarding passes printed. The area of Winter Park is very close and a bit off the tourist path. It has a number of good restaurants; including Chez Vincent, where we enjoyed a wonderful dinner. I would recommend this location to others and will certainly stay again when visiting Orlando.

Very Enjoyable Vacation

My wife and I had a great time staying here at Ventura. Walking trails, tennis courts, golf course, swimming pool, golf restaurant, playground for kids, basketball court.
Golfing rates were very reasonable. Local residents were very helpfull.
We will stay here again when we return to Orlando!!
