Since 1938 our family has summered on Baxter Avenue at one time owning two adjacent houses. At first the area was so rural that sporting activities included duck hunting. Now fishing is basic interest. Our grandchildren are fifth generation to summer on Mill Creek.

Located on two private acres overlooking Mill Creek in West Yarmouth. A two minute walk down Baxter Avenue (dead end) you will find a child friendly, public beach on Lewis Bay. The house is located a mile from Hyannis Harbor, close to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard Ferries as well as miniature golf, restaurants and shopping.
