The ancient palace was completely renovated and divided into 4 studio apartments. We rent 1unit or up to all the 4 units too. Roman Forum Palace is located just 200 meters far away from Imperial Forum area and the Colosseum. The area is very exclusive. There is also a metro-stop near the palace. LAST NEWS: · All the apartments, very elegantly furnished, were recently COMPLETELY restored. · All the apartments have an independent heating/air-conditioning system that can be set at your favourite temperature. · Roman Forum Palace apartments are now equipped with new Plasma Television and Satellite. · FREE Internet (high speed) available. · All the apartment Roman Forum Palace apartments are now equipped with large size double beds (orthopaedic mattress) and single bed added or queen size sofa bed for the extra people.

The apartment studio Donatello (D) is an open space, very elegantly furnished, divided in living area, kitchen corner, bedroom area, large bathroom with bath tube/shower. Tasteful furnishings and fixtures complete the apartment's interior: refined pictures, wood ceilings, “cotto” flooring. View and typical location in characteristic street of Rione Monti. This apartment has been very recently completely restored ! (A/C, Plasma TV, Satellite, FREE INTERNET adsl, autonomy heating) Rate is quoted for 2 people: - Weekly Euro 550,00 / 800,00 - Daily (if less than 7 nights) Euro 90,00 /130,00 - Monthly: upon request Note: 3rd person (sleeping on single bed added in same area) will stay with only 20,00 Euro daily or 100,00 Euro weekly more !

The Monti district was originally one of the most ancient suburbs of Rome. It is in the heart of the historical centre just a stones throw away from the The Colosseum and the Imperial Roman Forum (Foro Romano) and about 10-15 minutes by walk to the Pantheon and Piazza di Spagna. Colosseum: originally known as the Flavian Amphitheatre, after the family name of Vespasian, it was inaugurated by his son Titus in 80 AD. The massive structure could seat more than 50,000 and the bloody gladiator combat and wild beast shows held there. Nowadays the Colosseo is the international symbol for Rome and still is one of the most amazing constructions of the ancient Rome and a must see for everybody who visits our magnificent city.

Additional information about rental rates

  • RESERVATION TERMS: the reservation can be done by paying in advance (30% of the total amount) with a money transfer (bank wire or Western Union money transfer) or with PayPal (here you can also use your credit card to wire the money). If you want to reserve, we will send you the Reservation Form with all details for the 30% down payment. If less expensive for you (cause we will apply the official change rate, without any surcharge), you can also choose to pay on USD currency. In this case, we will send you the details for a Bank account in USD currency.
    A security deposit of 300,00 Euro in local/foreign currency (or personal cheque) is strictly required on arrival day.
    This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order.
    The rate includes linens, towels and final cleaning .
    The rate includes the utilities consumption (up to 2 euro daily each apartment - Normal usage). Only over this amount, the usage will be paid by checking the electricity meter.
  • CHECK-IN: you can check into your property between 13:00 (1 pm) and 20:00 (8 pm). This allows for the cleaning staff to make the apartment ready for you after check out by previous guests. We can try to accommodate earlier check in when possible, however we cannot guarantee check in earlier the standard time 13:00 (1 pm). For early morning arrivals, clients should book the night before to guarantee access to their apartment before 13:00 (1 pm). By the way, if the apartment unit will be not busy on day in, we will allow access to apartment before 13:00 (1 p.m.) without any charge. Out of business hours arrivals: we try to guarantee check in at any time. If will be possible to allow out of business hours arrivals, please be aware that, for this additional service, there is an extra charge of Euro 20,00. So, this amount will be charged if your arrival will be, any day, between 20:00 (8.00 pm) and 24:00 (00.00 am). Any check in after midnight will carry a late check in fee of Euro 50,00
  • CHECK-OUT: NO LATER than 10.30 am on departure day, unless otherwise agreed prior to arrival. We can try to accommodate later check out when possible, however please be prepared to check out at 10.30 am. The security deposit (Euro 300,00) will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order.
    OUT OF BUSINESS HOURS DEPARTURES: if you will need to check out earlier than 8.00 am, the security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure (by Paypal, secure maill or bank wire). Otherwise, as special service, we can arrange a meeting earlier than 8.00 am, but please be aware that, for this additional service, there is an extra charge of Euro 20,00.



    We can also provide the following services:

    • Transfer from or to the apartments with private driver (Euro 50,00 for 2 or 3 people / Euro 60,00 for 4 or 5 people / Euro 110,00 for 6 to 8 people)
    • Crib for child (if available) will be totally for FREE.

Jess and I just wanted to say thank you very much for all the advice that you gave at the start of our holiday. It was very helpful!

Also we would strongly reccomend this accomodation to anybody staying in Rome. All of the main sites are within walking distance (the furthest away is the Vatican City which is an hours slow walk or you could get the Metro which is only 2 minutes from the appartment). The appartment it's self was very clean and nicely furnished. And the best bit about this accomodation is the help that you get when you arrive. We were given advice on restraunts, markets, sites and various other things.

Wonderful place to stay in Rome

We stayed in apartment D for about a week and were very happy with everything. The location is within walking distance of all attractions and if you want to skip the walk, the subway station is just a few feet away.

The apartment is clean and very quiet at night. They provided great customer service even when we showed up earlier than was expected. I would stay here again and also highly recommend it!!!

Great Apartment to visit Rome

We stayed in property D and it was perfect for us. The location is great (near the subway, 5 min. walk to the colosseum, 10 min walk to Piazza Venezia). The apartment is very well decorated and has all the facilities needed.

The area where the apartment is (Monti district) is also very good, full with restaurants and small shops and, although the street of the apartment has some restaurants and bars, it was very peaceful at night.

The owner was very friendly and provided excellent customer service when needed.

I would recommend this apartment without any reservations whatsoever and I will try to stay there the next time we are in Rome.
